If you have Amazon music plus, buy this. Chromecast doesn't cast HD Amazon music in full HD. Only Amazon devices cast Amazon stuff in full HD.

I understand your frustration about not being able to access the Spectrum app on your Fire TV device. The Fire TV Stick runs on Fire OS, which is Amazon's operating system based on Android but customized specifically for Fire TV devices, with its own app ecosystem through the Amazon Appstore. Unfortunately, the Spectrum TV app is not currently available in the Amazon Appstore for Fire TV devices, which means it cannot be installed on the Fire TV Stick 4K Max. App availability depends on whether developers choose to make their apps compatible with Fire OS and list them in the Amazon Appstore, and while many popular streaming apps are available, some providers like Spectrum have not made their apps available for Fire TV platforms at this time. I’m a huge fan of the tv controls on the remote. Overall operation is fast with no lag. All apps work as they should. I ended up picking up a second one.
