On the Fire TV Stick, go to settings, select audio & display, and then choose audio. Select AV sync tuning and adjust the slider until the audio is corrected with the image. Press okay to apply the changes. If you have any questions or need further assistance with the device, I recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888-280-4331.
