Bought the Kindle Paperwhite for my wife, who loves reading novels. This thing is perfect—crisp screen, adjustable backlight, lightweight, and a battery that seems to last forever. I love to read and having a book on me at all times. while my phone is a great device, the small text can be distracting and after awhile a strain on my eyes. The kindle paperwhite is a nice alternative with a long battery life, holding almost my entire library, and easy to see in the dark. it seems lighter than my old first generation kindle, and the text is clear as day.

I've been using the Kindle Paperwhite 2024 in Jade for reading books, magazines, and articles — including my nightly bedtime reading — and it's been absolutely fantastic. The screen quality is stunning, easy on the eyes even in the dark, and the device itself is so lightweight and portable that I barely notice it in my bag. No issues whatsoever. It just makes reading a joy. If you love to read, this is the e-reader to get — highly recommend!

I went from reading on my phone or iPad to reading on a Kindle exclusively. I love how light it is, and how the light on I does not hurt my eyes. At first I was all "I don't need a kindle, my phone and iPad are fine" then I started to realize that the light was too harsh, or I needed a light on in the room. This kindle solves that problem for me.

Bought this just as I got back into reading and love it. I love that the screen does not habe glare and that you can go into dark mode. I read a lot and using the kindle paperwhite has decreased the strain on my eyes significantly. Ended up buying a second one for my teenage daughter.

Absolutely worth it for battery life and screen brightness alone. Cases for it were also super easy to find and my wife got one that has a strap for her hand to allow for comfortable reading. The unit is incredibly lightweight so it's not really an issue either way, but I'm at least glad it's protected. Definitely grab it during a sale as they can get a bit pricey.

I bought two of these readers for both of my daughters birthdays my daughter whose birthday was on February 9th read the book in one day. She said it was so much better than reading the book on her phone. She loves it. My other daughter's birthday is February 17th. Also absolutely loves the reader.

The Kindle is easy to use, responsive, and has great battery life. I appreciate that it has dark mode and you can adjust the screen brightness. I’ve been trying to get back into reading and this has helped so much! I’ve read 21 books since June 1st! It is easy to send books from Libby to the Kindle app.

I love the size, the ease of reading in various lighting, its long battery life and its light-weight handling! I would highly recommend this kindle book.
