There's not really anything bad I can say about the Kindle Paperwhite. It's quite possibly the BEST e-reader ever. That being said, I just don't like the buttons or( lack there of). I miss the old kindle keyboard models. The buttons were so easy to navigate. I wish you guys would bring it back !

I’ve had 5+ Kindles over the last 7 years and they are phenomenal. The paper white is essential for a couple reason; can read at night time, easier to read in morning/evening if you read on the way to work (like I do), and less strain on eyes as it makes words ‘pop’ out of screen. Make the investment in your own education. Get a Kindle.

This is better than the original. A bit more compact, waterproof, and faster. It seems to take longer to wake up, but overall I'm happy with it. The extra LEDs make the screen more uniform. I love that I can read for hours without the eye fatigue common to laptop or phone screens.

This reader is easy one eyes and does what it’s built for. Yeah the UI is laggy but I don’t care for that since I have an iPad for that. I like this because it has little glare when reading and is light weight. I just wish the power button wasn’t on the bottom where my pinky is.

As I previous Kindle user, I really like the small form factor of this Paperwhite. I love the long battery life of the Kindle versus my iPad or phone for the times that I just want to binge read . My only gripe about this device is getting it to turn on (..maybe it's user error) . It takes sometimes more than 10 seconds for it to come on. Overall, I would still recommend this product to anyone.

This product is a little pricy compared to non-kindle competitors but I am still very happy with this device. Better resolution than the one I replaced which gave out after 5 years. The back light is very nice and adjustable. Device can be a little laggy at times but less laggy than my last kindle

The Paperwhite is a great Kindle to carry around as your road warrior eReader. The built-in light has multiple adjustments for finding comfortable illumination levels in any lighting (or non-lighting) and the interface is intuitive. The screen being flush with the bezel is a good improvement since it won't catch and debris. The only thing I would add is an adjustment for the screen contrast as well as the brightness. I prefer my text just a wee bit darker, but I have have no other issues.

There were no instructions included making trying to figure out how to use the product difficult. Still don't know how to download books from my computer. Unit is very light weight. It has adjustable brightness and adjustable fonts so very versatile once you figure out how to use it. Not recommended for older users without someone to provide support

Bought this for my girlfriend a few weeks ago even though she has an iPad pro. She uses her kindle every night to read now and says its way better for her eyes than a tablet screen. Already gotten my moneys worth after 2 weeks. Also, wait for a sale, they usually have these for $90!

I love my kindle! It was easy to figure out how to use. I like the lighted screen. Easy to read! Love being able to look up words’ meanings. Just very happy with this purchase! And love Best Buy! Ordered it online, and it came as quickly as promised!

I love the Kindle Paperwhite gen10. This is the best I have had and this is my fourth one. The only complaints are: I don't like the off @ on button where it is. Also I got No directions. My son had to set it up.

I would suggest this reading tablet if you are one who loves to read outside or pretty much anywhere and not damage your book. I love the new design and simplicity it has. It is also great for those vacations that way you can read a numerous amount of books without the weight of all of them.
