I have purchased several Kindles and this is far and away my favorite! Light and water resistant, plus a screen that is easy on the eyes day or night. I have recommended this edition of the Paperwhite to many friends.

I enjoy the backlit feature coupled with the waterproofing.

This was a gift for my wife. She loves it. This model can download books from the library also, very convenient.Can easily read at the beach in sunlight and at home. Light, thin a breeze to Cary anywhere.

This device is light. It's the whole reason I got it instead of using my tablet. It's not vibrant or colored like a tablet, so your book covers are black and white, but it's easy to hold onto for hours and it reads like a paperback. Overall pleased.

I bought this one just because I needed somewhere to read one book but after trying it I’m buying all my books to read on it, it’s small enough to fit in one hand and the features are great, can’t believe I didn’t have one till now.

This is a wonderful device. I bought it for my mother because her sight is not what it used to be. It allows her to read without a magnifying glass or holding books in the awkward manner. I love it would recommend it to anyone !

I'd been thinking about buying an eReader for awhile...When the Kindle went on sale for $99.00, I couldn't pass it up...I'm a book guy, but I really like the Kindle experience...Very glad I tried the new Paperwhite...….

Newer version of the Kindle and an even better version. Nice backlight so you can conceivably read in the dark (though I don't recommend it). It even fit in the existing case/cover we had. I highly recommend.

Ever since buying the kindle for my fiancé’s dogs moms day gift out household had never been more peaceful. She’s on a mission to read 300 books in 2020 and she’s well on here way! So peaceful, so quite, it’s amazing! I’d give it ALL the stars.

A must have device for a reading lover. Also a good device for learning english because of word-wise feature. 8GB is enough for reading book, if you read a lot of manga and comic, considering buying the 32gb instead.

Bought this for my wife who loves to read. Easy to operate and get books. Very convenient on trips or reading at bed time. Battery life is great and very rarely have to charge. I like to Kindle Paperwhite.

I've had it for about 7 months and I love it! It's a nice size and weight to hold while reading, its light level is perfect for late night reading without disturbing my mate, and it plays Audible books flawlessly. Can't recommend it enough for serious readers!

I had been contemplating purchasing an e-reader for a while now. Finally decided to purchase the Paperwhite, and it's the best decision I ever made. The Kindle is perfectly assembled, and very easy on the eyes for long reading. Would recommend.

I had a Kindle oasis that I lost. I replaced with this because it was cheaper. Still great quality. I don’t miss the buttons from the oasis like I thought I would because you can tap the screen instead of swipe.

Water proof and double the storage are great additions to the kindle paperwhite design. I just wish that amazon would start using all of the sceeen on ll of their devices. The black border is dated and annoying in annoying in the sea of screened choices.

Fantastic product. This is slim and holds a charge for a long-time. The only downside is it doesn't fit the best in my one hand. I love reading on this at night as it doesn't seem to affect my sleep quality.
