The game as a whole is solid, being something like a cheat mode for Animal Crossing home design. Without having to wait for the store to sell different items or collect bells to buy them you're able to do much more right away than you'd normally be able to in New Leaf. And while this is interesting on it's own it is 100% of what this game provides. Interaction with animals in the village is extremely limited so much of the charisma of Animal Crossing is sorely lacking. If you do love designing houses though, then Happy Home Designer give you a whole new level of control and you can really do some fun things.

This is a nice game that's fun to play for a few minutes after work, but it hasn't really kept me engaged for more than about a half hour at a time. It's still a nice addition to an Animal Crossing fan's library.

great addition to the Animal Crossing games. would be great to incorporate this game with the new WII-U version when it comes out. if you like to try interior decorating then this is a great game to practice on.

If your kids like to design houses and buildings they will love this. With many options, the controls are challenging and can be forgotten and placing objects in houses can be tough for little ones.

My 7 year old LOVES this game. She enjoys creating the different rooms the game asks her to create. The instructions the game characters give are easy for her to read and understand.

If you love Animal Crossing this is a must have. I enjoy playing it but I do have to admit that I like the previous Animal Crossing games a little more. Overall, still a great game!

My only problem with the game was I wish we could walk around a town a bit more or interact more. Cards were fun to use and decorating with all that new furniture was amazing.

A dressed-down Animal Crossing dedicated exclusively to decoration. You either love decorating or you don't. You can also see the creations of people all over the world; very good to get fresh ideas for your stuff. You can use the AC cards to summon villagers, but you can skip them. I bough a pack just to check it out, but not feeling any urge to collect them all. I think they're gonna release over a 100 cards; not really worth it IMHO. I don't think they are compatible with other games, expect the Wii U version of AC, which isn't even a proper AC game. Meh. At least this one is good. Maybe wait for a sale if feeling unsure.

Always been a fan of the Animal Crossing franchise. This is a different kind of Animal Crossing but still so much fun. Designing homes is really cool. Endless possibilities.

My daughter asked me to buy this game for her, she said she read the reviews. She loves this game, she loves designing and drawing. That's why she asked for this game.

I purchased this game for my Granddaughter. She asked me to purchase it for her Birthday. I surprised her and she knew I would get it., so she could play the game.

We love the graphics of this game. They are absolutely adorable. The gameplay is fun and low-key entertainment. Highly recommend. We have two copies in my house.

This is a wonderful game. I got it as a present for my 10 year old brother and he's really enjoying himself. Non-violent, colorful and helps promote creativity.

This game is great. Takes a good feature in animal crossing and makes it even better! Let's you interact in a new way with all of your favorite villagers too!

My 5 y/o daughter enjoys the game a lot. she really enjoys fashion and designing. Although I have to read subtitles to her, it's a good game for beginners.

Fun for fans of animal crossing. This game let's you do whatever you want. It doesn't guide you too much or make you wait too long to unlock more stuff.

This game is a lot of fun if you like to design homes. The more you play the more items you unlock and you also get to design businesses as well.

Strange how something is created and then it becomes a huge success. My Girls are well into their teens and they still love playing this game.

This game. It's cute. It's very cute, as all other Animal Crossing games, which is all it's taken to hook me in. I'm enjoying this entry so far. BUT I WILL TELL YOU RIGHT NOW, do not come here for the open expansive list of activities you enjoyed in the previous games. This game is strictly based around designing rooms and facilities. If that is not enough to keep you satisfied, you do not want this game. However, if you spent a good amount of time arranging your room in previous entries, you will most likely get a kick out of this game.
