Does what it was intended to do. Simple design, not too hard to follow instructions. Am able to cook eggs to where the white is done but super tender, and the yoke like a loose gel. For me a perfect soft boiled almost poached egg. Takes longer to cook at precise low temp but worth it. Not over done if I do not go past 148 degrees, and even if I leave it in longer than expected. Still learning the cooking of other foods and the value of precision temp cooking.

This Sous Vide is the best way to prepare any kind of meat we've ever seen. Who can complain on New Year to having pork and kraut and your house doesn't smell for days. Turns bad tough steaks into tender and cuts like butter steaks. When done just put on the grill to put burn marks on them. You'd never know. Ribs are terrific, falls off the bone. Be sure to use the app to help with keeping track of time. We like cooking this way we now have 2.

First Sous Vide device I've owned and I'm digging it. Great Bluetooth connectivity and does a great job of lighting up if the water is too low so the system doesn't break, thank gosh. This thing helped me experience a level of cooking precision I didn't know I could achieve over and over again with the same results every time. Fits great on one of my large pots, no real complaints after about 10 uses except wifi would be helpful - the wifi device is a bit more pricey. I'm considering it!

This thing is great. It's small, and easy to store. Do note that it is a lower wattage though, so it will take longer to heat up the water. Once it's heated though, all's good.

This was my 1st sous vide device and I love it. I use it at least on a weekly basis and it makes the best steaks ever. works perfect with the 12qt rubbermaid container. The app makes it easy to program and start and has a ton of recipes as well. recommended for singles or family up to 4. If you got more people, you'll need a bigger one.I would use this with more than 3 gallons of water, even though it says it can handle 5.

Works as described easy to us and operate. Always a great starter for meat.

I got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. He makes steaks cooked to a perfect Medium Rare and then sears them on the grill. Has used it for pulled pork and lots of other things. He got a vacuum sealer to make it even better. He is a bit of a gourmet cook

As long as you preheat the water it does a fine job of maintaining the cooking temperature . It links to your phone for easy setup. The first time I used it I ended up with the most tender and juicy steak I've ever had! Perfectly cooked!

A new way of cooking. There's a learning curve but once you get adjusted it so worth it. Easy peasy.

Sous vide is great but it’s an art just like cooking. This cooker works fantastic for steaks. You really need to find good recipes because the timing and temperature is extremely important. It can be a little loud but it holds temperature great. I do not like the Anova app for recipes. Use another online source.

I own the bigger anova sous vide cooker and bought the nano for my parents for Christmas. Comparing them the wattage doesnt really matter too much. Because I usually use hot water from my faucet. Makes the best steaks and meats! This is perfect for a small family.

Talk about making things tender, I am so impressed. My hubby does the cooking and he loves how this cooks a steak perfectly. We just throw it on the grill and brown it for less than 2 minutes and you will have the perfectly cooked steak. This works so easy and we have used it daily without any issues.

This is great. Affordable, the Bluetooth connectivity is almost too cool because you can be on the couch monitoring what you are cooking and making adjustments. Very accurate. Cooks great. While the bag you cook stuff in that you can get at Best Buy also works fine you can’t beat vacuum sealing a steak then dropping it in

I had never known this device existed until my husband came back from a trip. Anyone can make the perfect steak using this. I absolutely love it! Easy to use out of the box, even with a pot that is a bit small. I did have to upgrade as the pot I had barely worked.

Love the Anova Precision Cooker Nano! Not only is the size reasonable but it's so easy to use and you can download the app to control it and get a sense of how your food is cooking. It's worth noting that Anova is also owned by Electrolux, so you know it's of great quality.

Not a foodie at all. BUT, HOLY WOW. This thing is awesome. I've cooked steak, eggs and chicken now (stuffed with cream and herbs) and let me tell you, never had a more moist outcome. This is better then our instapot, takes up little room and is just awesome.

Works perfect! Easy to use and the app has recipes and instructions to get you started. Cooked a Prime Rib for the first time and it came out perfect medium rare. I will be trying different recipes soon.

The Nano has served us well cooking beef and pork. Precision to the tenth of a degree is cool and the Bluetooth to my phone is super convenient.
