This was easy to set up and has kept my pc and peripherals going thru some very scary thunderstorms, protecting them from surges and allowing me time to shut down everything without losing data. It's footprint on my desktop is negligible and I like the little display that shows me the status when power 'events' are occurring.

I bought this APC to replace another brand that didn't work. APC works as intended and has a nice display showing the current power draw so you know when its overloaded. I feel very confident my computer equipment will stay running during a power outage and will also be protected from surges.

I am a IT Manager for my company and we use APC products for server racks and small machines. We have purchased this unit before for company use and purchased it for my home office. Saved me several times. Very easy to set up and use. We switched solely to APC since they have a solid reliability and good tech support. They are great units.

Terrific packaging. Second-to-none design and manufacturing. Critical safety placards in plain view. User-friendly. Serves as the sole power backup to my portable oxygen generator and my smartphone. Reliable. Small enough to fit easily on the floor behind the passenger seat in our family sedan. Hint: Due to the relatively heavy weight of the APC power backup, recommend purchasing a large heavy-fabric shopping bag or beach bag to carry and store the unit during charge cycles. The bag should have large comfortable handles.

I like the APC UPS system. The display with different settings and monitors is a nice plus. Have had several lightning strikes that knocked out power for short time and the UPS kept the equipment up and running. Got is on sale. This is the best time to purchase.

I purchased this because I was having sporadic shut downs that were not commanded and the mac store ran diagnostics and said nothing was wrong with my computer. My only conclusion is I must have had surges coming through the outlet that my surge protector was not handling. When I hooked my computer into this battery backup my computer was no longer having the shut downs I was experiencing. I also had the opportunity to see a full house electrical shutdown that was experienced in the community and my computer kept running since I had the battery backup. I recommend this for anyone really.... its something I should have had on my computer from day 1 even at my prior homes for protection.

I have bought this battery backup multiple times too use with camera systems. I habe never had an issue with them and they are great to use with large power devices!

Purchased this item replace another UPS that got burned out during a recent power outage. Hey, it did its job, so I'm happy. Went with APC this time due to reputation and reviews. I hooked it up, super easy, nice display. I have unplugged it and used the battery back up and it works nicely to power my PC and one monitor. Really just need it to properly shut down the PC and protect it. So far, so good!

After purchasing a new 27” iMac I wanted to make sure that my investment was protected. Let me tell you that this back up battery has worked like a charm! Iv had several power outages while on my computer and my computer has never flinched because of it!

Bought 3 of these after losing a computer power supply. The power in my home is like many older ones, not quite suitable for high tech. After installing this APC unit on all of my computers I’ve had no further issues. Easy to setup and use.

I had an older model APC UPS batteries went dead. This model is full of improvements, slender, very quiet and reliable.

I have always had good experience with APC Back-up UPS, and has been very happen when the power unexpectly goes out and the computer is still on. Allows one to complete a property shut down, and while away the software will do it for youl.

Well designed and packaged. Clearly labeled so it is easy to connect. Physically heavy. Feels like you got something for your money. They had three different sizes in stock. I picked this one because it was at least double what I thought I would ever need I think its a little better to have overkill when it comes to protecting your equipment. I had a similar one from the same manufacturer before this. It lasted about 8 years. I'm very satisfied.
