It didn't work and support was spotty

Shortly thereafter, my power was interrupted several times during fall thunderstorms. The battery didn't take over and my computer shut down immediately. I ran the self test and it did the same thing. No one answered my email inquiry on the website. Telephone support has limited hours that are unavailable to anyone who works regular hours. When I finally had time to call, the support person was great. She discovered that my unit was faulty and is sending a new one. I'm hoping that one will work. I've used this company's products for a long time and never had a problem like this one.

Not Good

I purchased both believing that they were more expensive and from a more recognized company. Neither worked. So I purchased the CyberPower instead and it works very well. I bought one for each computer the house and the main panel.

Not good from store yet

Got home and there was not battery in it. The store had returned it without checking to see if all parts were returned. Returned it and got one at sams club

Broke after only 3 months of use.
