Looses Custom Settings often

One of the features I really liked is the ability to have a master item which controls other plugs. I have my computer as the master and printer as alternate. When I put my computer to sleep the printer shuts down as expected, but this sends a UBS signal back to the system which wakes it up a bit - enough to restart the printer. The UPS has a custom setting to change the wattage for restarting the controlled items. I change this from default 25 to 50 watts and everything works fine. Then every couple of days, the custom settings are lost and the printer goes into this continuous shutdown / restart loop. Very very annoying.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told by tech support if you have a laser printer you could not use it on battery backup. too much draw. also when the power goes out the computer will run only a short time on battery nowhere near what it is supposed to. also the monitor flips off when there is a short outage and it is plugged into the battery backup receptacles. will not do at all what it says it will. would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Overall quality and features looked nice, but one of the plugs was defective. I could not get a power cord to plug in to one socket due some kind of blockage that would not allow to fully push in. For this reason I had to return it.

Overpriced
