    Great length cord for charging vent mounted phone in car. Long enough to reach charging port and shorter length eliminates a longer cord hanging all over console area.

    The Apple Lightning cable for iPhone is much more reliable than the knock-offs. You pay more up front, but you will get more use from it long-term.

    As always, genuine Apple products work great. With that said, almost all cords have a operational life, some continue to work as designed longer than others. I find the Apple products last the longest.

    I have some third party Lightening to USB Cables. I have returned to purchasing only Apple cables. They perform much better and last longer.
