The delivery woman literally dropped the ipad in front of the entrance of my apparent building !! As she didn’t have the key to enter the building. I was out of the city for an emergency issue, requested her either drop the package in mail room or return to bestbuy, but she said it was not her concern if I was not able to receive it. So she just left the ipad on pedestrian in-front of the building!!!! I will think twice to order again from bestbuy

Did not get a code # from Geek squad at store. I'm an old old man. Telephone Geek had me call store for help. Store did not return my call. Without code cannot start my iPad. I live 75 miles from store. I will go there in person when I go to LaCrosse for my doctor's appointment on Feb. 6.

I had an I -pad years ago and wore it out. It's nice to have one back. It doesn't seem as fast as my first one oddly enough. Great to have one if you have fat fingers syndrome like me.

I think Bestbuy SUCKS!!!!! I purchased this item on Dec 1st and have not received the item or a refund. I had to repurchase it on the 12th. Bestbuy does not care about their customers and they stole my money!!! Do not use their delivery option dishonest people!!!!

I ordered an iPad on Thursday 04/24 , to be delivered Friday 04/25. On Friday I received an email indicating the order was delayed, and might not arrive until 05/09. I decided to wait one more day until Saturday 04/26. I called Best Buy Customer service about 3:00PM on Saturday and canceled the order, which was promptly confirmed via email. The email said my Credit Card would be credited for the purchase price within a few days, I’m still waiting! On Sunday I ordered the same item from another retailer for $50.00 less. It was delivered the following day before 11:00AM.

Didnt recieve an IPad I received a 60$ portable battery card instead that Best Buy doesn’t even sell thankfully I was able to get a refund but very upset this was supposed to be a Christmas gift

Hard to review when it was never shipped, no notice no nothing. Ordered in November and waited and waited got nothing but best but did run my credit card. Poor customer service

Had to learn how to navigate through all the prompts. You need time to just sit an sift thru all the prompts. It was not an easy transition fro a mac book pro.

I was not impressed. I had to keep putting in a code which was a pain in the butt. There was times when the screen locked up and when I try to use the touch screen it wouldn't work. I took the item back don't waste your money.

Glitches. Returned, second one also had glitches. Will return for refund and wait for a the next model to come out. Been using an I-Pad for years, but this one was horrible.

Had to purchase these more expensive ipads because my original order of 9 lesser expensive ipads was all screwed up in delivery and were returned to them. When I finally convinced them to reship the less expensive ones they were not available so I had to pay more for more expensive ones and they did not take care of me

I bought this Ipad on Sunday; Father Day Weekend. And, then, Thursday it would not power up. I live in Belzoni, Ms; therefore, I will have to drive to Flowwood, Ms to take it to the store I bought it. This is my third IPad from BestBuy. The first two works great and the third one must have been create on the wrong day of the week.
