This is my first Apple computer. I've had an iPhone for 2 yrs and love it, so when the Gateway desktop died I thought "let's try an Apple." Easy to set up easy to use. It does take some getting used to if you've always had a PC. I like the OS so much better than windows 8! Bottom line-it was a splurge but worth it

I am just learning about computers and I like this one it's exciting to learn how to do different things on it colors are great the icons are just like on my phone so it is easy to understand it's nice and sleek and wireless love that love being able to hold the mouse in my hand and scroll on the computer it's nice and flat not bulky I'm glad I have it

I have always been a PC guy but with he amount of viruses out there I had to buy two or more anti virus programs and then renew them yearly. With the MAC i don't have to do that. I don't have the added cost so that owners the price of the computer for me. The other thing is most schools in the US are using MACs due to the ease of networking. I now can provide my children with the same platform they use at school.

Love this computer. It took a little getting use to. Nothing but apple now and I recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a new computer. It is worth the extra money.

I bought the Imac to use as the family computer and everyone loves it. The imac is super fast and easy to navigate. It was also simple to hook our printer onto the imac.

i love this Mac. Was delivered earlier than expected and packaged perfectly. It was everything I expected and more. User friendly, awesome graphics, exceptional support.

bought computer for daughter to use for her work from the home. Not only does the imac run programs at a fast speed, but it also looks great on the new computer desk.

My 10 yr old iMac would no longer read discs and refused updates so even while it functioned, I knew there was a fatal drive flaw. Bought this new one during the holiday crush and Best Buy's order entry system had crashed, so just getting the order placed was a horror. Love the wireless keyboard, mouse, and printer connectivity. Don't like the new keyboard is missing the delete button going forward, can only delete a mistake going backwards. And having only one set of numbers up top on the keypad, when the older version had number keys in a calculator type array on the right. I felt so stupid looking for a disc slot to insert discs, there isn't one. An external disc drive is needed. I don't get all the prompts that my system needs updating like my old machine. The oldie but goodie was at times so outdated I could not log onto some sites. The only drawback is the Pages word processor where you have to convert the default format into PDF to download to other applications and email. Overall happy with it. It came with 6 mos free internet security which took way too many contacts to Best Buy to make available when this should have been automatic.

Got tired of my Windows 8 laptop. I'm happy I switched to the Mac. Starts up in a flash. The resolution is great. Apple products are the best and are easy to use.

I haven't had a mac desktop in many years, finally decided to try one again, and I love it. The screen is hugh and it easy to use. Set up is as easy as it gets.

Everything is working fine and looks great! I got it when its price went down 200 bucks during the black Friday sales. I have the previous version in my office so I needed something similar at home. The only drawback is that it does not come with a DVD/CD player /reader installed. That's my only reason for the four stars!

replaced a 10 year old iMac , easy of set up out of box and quality of picture and function. still have to use an external disc drive old one it was built in.

This iMac is very user friendly, very fast. I use it for everything, email, photo shop and pay bills. We stream a lot of movies on it and the family loves it.

I've worked for two years on my neighbor/bosses iMac and now I bought one...just love it. I have an iPhone, 2 iPods and an iPad...this completes my collection. Spent a few hours on it and can't say enough great things! Best part was the great Black Friday price of $899 made it a win, win for me! Buy n you won't be disappointed.

This was my first time owning a Mac OS. I wanted something that I could use for photo editing (Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop) and for central location on my home for all my documents to sync up to (as I have an iPhone and iPad). This is a great product and I have loved the interface, it took me about a week to get used to the OS having used a PC my whole life. I love being able to switch between desktops with a two finger swipe on top of the mouse and various other features. The only thing I would say, is that I wished I gotten the Mac that had more RAM, as my editing can get kinda slow and feel lagging. Since my editing is more casual rather than professional, I sucked it up and went for this version with lower RAM for the price, but it would be nice to have those programs run faster by having more RAM

I decided on the iMac and its light and takes up only the room for the screen. Colors and pictures look great. Easy to link all my apple products.

I love my IMac desktop this is my first time ever having a Apple Desktop and it is awesome!!!! I most definitely will be getting a Mac Laptop!!

I'm still learning to use and become familiar with all of the marvelous things this computer is capable of doing--and, being a senior, I have a slow learning curve, but each time I use it, I find new surprises and delights--from the smart mouse to some of the more advanced features, many of which I'm sure I have yet to discover! As an added bonus, I bought this gem when it was on sale for $200 off! It's a Mac--what more can I say?!
