At first I wasn't sure if I would like transitioning from windows version computer to an Apple computer. Being new to the Apple world I opted in to a warranty protection plan which make me feel secure to know the apple technician are there to provide quality service.

I have had Apple computers since they first came out in the 80's. This is my latest purchase, and I am very pleased with the product itself. The Best Buy listing IS NOT CORRECT ... it states that this iMac has a 1TB Solid State Drive ... this is not true .. it is a 1TB SATA drive. Best Buy needs to correct their listing. However, the product itself is as solid as any other Apple product I have ever owned!!

I absolutely love this computer. I owned an apple back in 1984. Work got me switched to a PC in 1998. I would get so frustrated that with every update one of my components or scrapbooking/graphic programs would not work. I had a wonderful wide format printer that my PC would not recognize after a series of updates. The printer company (HP) would not up date the drivers. When I connected the printer to my new Apple Mac it worked! I had forgotten how Apple designs their programming systems to be all inclusive so components work seamlessly. I am back where I should be,

What a deal. Had been waiting for a while too manage the cost of an Apple iMac. Black Friday couldn't have come in more handy. I love the Desk Top iMac... Having some challenges with the whole Apple thing...have been a MS user since the late 80's.

I purchased the older model due to the price and I really don't care for a touch screen for my computer nor a laptop. If I want a touch screen I will use my iPad. But over all I am pleased with my Mac. It was $899. It was easy to set up

When my son was having trouble with his Chromebook during remote learning, I opted to purchase him something more reliable. The iMac has been beneficial to his remote learning as he never loses a connection with zoom, the speakers are not muffled the way the Chromebook was, and it is easy to airdrop pictures and materials needed from his iPhone and iPad to the iMac. Best Buy delivered within 2 days. Set up and installation was super easy, too.

Great computer. Bought in 2019 and still have it to this day. Does everything I need. I love all apple products.

I am not very skilled when it comes to computers and electronics. IMac made it easy. Basically take it out of the box, plug it in and go. Simplest thing I have had set up or assemble in a long time. Thank you Apple/Mac for great product.

This is one of the top of the line Mac computers that I purchased at a great sale price. I always used a computer with a Windows environment. It took me a while to understand the functionality of this. It’s lightning fast speed and great picture quality are some of the many features on this awesome computer. I will not go back to my HP Windows 10 computer after having a taste of this fine machine

Just the right size for my desk. I love apple products for their simple function and great looks. You won't be disappointed with performance.

I love the use of this iMac, I did do my research and tried out the models as well, and I have to say it has lived up to the expectations that I had. Now, my expectations will differ from person to person, but in regards to the main function and use of this iMac: work, Microsoft word, power point, excel and the internet (safari) it has demonstrated enormous usage for me. This computer does an excellent job for work, which is what I utilize it for, some people also like to play games on it, but in this case I can't speak on that because my sole purpose is on work which has rendered excellent and superb convenience, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

This iMac has great graphics, is super-compact & has a very fast processor. We are very happy with our purchase.

I needed a replacement for a broken device and this one was my first choice given that it is from Apple and easy to handle and set up.

This is the easiest computer I have ever set up--recognizes my network/WiFi and printers immediately. Apple Drive is effortless.

What can I say? It's an iMac. Nice big screen, easy to use, all in one package.

Once again Apple iMac is one of the easiest computers to set up and basically ready to go right out of the box. I bought this for my son for his home recording studio and he has been very satisfied with this computer. Once his programs were downloaded he was off and running. It's large enough to see numerous running programs but not to large for excessive head movement from close screen contact.

It’s really good computer for the price I paid. I was thinking to buy MacBook, but it was more expensive and had less memory. Also, it is easier to work on big screen. I’m really happy with my purchase

I’ve purchased 3 of these iMacs. Two for my office and 1 for home. I have not experienced any issues with these. They run great, no delays, and no space issues. You don’t have to worry about bulky hardware like a computer tower. Just the monitor which has the brain in it and that’s it. And screen size is perfect. In my opinion the best bang for your buck for a computer, that’s reliable.

I’ve always had a pc and didn’t understand why my children would spend more money to have an Apple computer. Well now I know ... the computer is extremely user friendly and is so easy to navigate
