I always had apple products all my life so I’m very familiar with Apple but I never had a iMac I had a Mac book pro laptop since 2010 just until this year 2018 it went out and I really didn’t want another laptop I wanted something I didn’t have to charge I never took my laptop anywhere anyways.. I think buying the IMac was the best decision I ever made.. and Imovie was free another bonus I love the speed how smooth it is it’s such a great product

I am a Mac person, so I was very happy to make this purchase. My laptop recently died, so this time I went with an All-in-One desktop. Everything has gone smoothly, easy to set up, Love my Mac!

I bought this computer for school due to taking most of my classes at home. It was nice to be able to look straight in at the screen rather than having to stoop over a laptop all day. The computer is quick and relatively easy to use. Took a little adjusting as this was my first Mac after having been a PC user my whole life but I am very happy with this purchase and plan to be an apple customer from here on out!

My first Mac - still getting used to it. Set up was easy. The only thing I don’t care for is the small keyboard. I prefer the extended keyboard with the numeric key pad. All else is great.

Bought this at the store open box. It was missing the cable to charge to the bluetooth mouse and keyboard. No big deal right? No. I called the "store" but some central call center picked up and took 3 separate calls to others at store and higher managers to resolve a simple item missing from their open box computer. Definitely not up to the Apple Store standard. Yeah I got the same deal as refurbished from Apple.com but BB service was sub par. $1000 computer was unusable because they didn't put the proper components back in the box. They should have sent me another one but I had to go back to the store to get the cable. As for the Mac, I hate the mini keyboard without the number pad. Desktops need the full keyboard. But other than power, no cables. Very clean and easy installation.

We did some shopping around for a new iMac and found this one at Best Buy for $100 off. What a great deal. Powerful enough to do everything we need and a nice big 21 inch monitor for viewing. The specs in this model are great and will last for many years while not costing an arm and a leg. Would definitely buy from Best Buy again when it comes time to upgrade.

Great price for this computer. Black Friday sale worked out. But the delivery process was not the greatest! The salesmen was very good but they never contacted me the day of the delivery!

Fast delivery! Love the iMac. My other iMac computer still working and is probably at least 6 years old. Bought the apple care for 3 years but probably won't need it. Great product!

I considered purchasing a refurbished iMac; however, with the slight reduction in price, I could afford the 21 inch iMac new! The purchase was easy; setup was easy. As a retiree I had missed my employer-supplied 27” iMac; however, I am delighted with this size screen and the fact that I can communicate so easily in the cloud with all my Apple devices. I highly recommend Best Buy and the iMac!

I must admit I am a Mac lover. Saw this iMac on sale and couldn't resist. I was surprised at the slimness of the design and the compactness of the keyboard. The rechargeable keyboard and mouse are a great feature. My other iMac requires batteries for both. Now I don't have that problem. As far as speed is concerned, it zips to life when booting or coming out of sleep and when surfing the web. I simply love it.

I had a Mac long, long ago in college and have fond memories. Over the past 2 years, I've slowly made the switch over to Apple products in my life - starting with the iPhone, then the watch, then an AppleTV. I finally broke down and bought an iMac and I'm so very glad I did! I still use mostly Google apps - Music, Drive, Gmail, Docs, etc - and it all works flawlessly on the iMac. Each family member has their own login and the parental controls are fantastic. So far, I'm 99% sure I'll never go back to PC!

While I've owned several PCs over the years, I'm most comfortable using a Mac. This one is no exception. Although I'd been using a laptop for the last couple of years, getting onto and using this desktop was seamless. The difference in power, speed and screen size is very significant. Are Macs more expensive than PCs? Absolutely. Are they worth it? They are to me....

Setting this up was very easy and the learning curve of going from a PC to Apple was great. Was really worried about that. So far I have been very pleased with the computer.

Have owned Apple computers for many years. Never any issues, user friendly and always reliable. My laptop went after 11 years so bought this IMac this time around. Love it

My first MAC and it was very easy to setup and install. I didn’t need a lot of software and virus software protection. Perfect for what my family and I need. No problems.

My old Mac lasted me 9 years and needed replacing, this new Mac is exceptional, fast and the resolution is like no other. User friendly, I will never switch from a Mac.

I bought this for my mom in Black Friday. She absolutely loves it! She appreciates having a large screen as it allows her to see pictures better. Price was just right.
