Have had a previous mac for 11 years, no virus, slowing, or problems ever. When it was time for an update i knew exactly what to get

Was using a MacBook from work for 8-10 hrs/day and was tired of leaning over and squinting with the small screen. Love the Retina display, system speed, tons of storage and ease of use! Now have every apple product made and this one does not disappoint. Love the thin side view too, just a beautiful product as always from Apple!

The iMac is great, but there are 2 items of contention, 1) The included keyboard sux, period. I have no real comment about the mouse, as I don't like it, but that is me. 2) The print screen defaults to 2 sided copies and there is no way to change it in the documentation. It took two hours with Apple Support to fix a simple problem they weren't aware of - simply change the setting in the print screen to uncheck two sided, print a document, close the document, the reopen and set the print screen from default to last used and reprint the document, That will keep the one sided copies defaulted until you change the setup again. If you do, repeat the process. Sounds simple,, but it took 3rd level support to figure it out. The Support Community says to change the CUPS setting in the guts of the machine, don't! The other thing about Apple - their support is outstanding. Whenever I contact support, I suggest that they take their health break, 'cause "we're gonna be here awhile" - I don't have simple problems. They have stuck with me for hours until we resolve it - they totally own my problem to the solution.

I have now converted all of my computers to Macintosh and I am so glad! They are so much easier to set up and use than PCs

This is my first Mac. What ultimately sold me on getting a Mac vs. a PC was that Mac's rarely get viruses. This first couple of times getting on the Mac was a little frustrating as I learned the different keystrokes and layout, but once I got more familiar with it, I really fell in love with it. The graphics are amazing!!!

I bought this computer for my wife as a holiday gift to replace her old Apple. This is a great looking computer, designed with style, while its performance is exactly what one would expect from Intel Core i5. The graphics are top notch and there is plenty of memory. This is a very good computer that will last a long time.

My 2011 iMac was slowing down and having fan speed issues so I waited for the right sale and pounced on this one. Processor is fast enough for what I do however I could use 8 more gigs of RAM. Luckily this model is upgrade capable. iMacs are fantastic computers. I'm also running Windows 10 Pro via bootcamp and VMware.

Best choice and price, compatible with our phones and tablets, very easy to set up. Replaced my old desktop and monitor- what a space saver, desk and room look much neater and inviting for studying or working. Best Buy did the price match and still got 12 months interest free on Best Buy card- thank you !

We love everything about this computer. It takes up little room, the picture and sound is great!! You can’t go wrong!

I recently upgraded my iMac to this one. I got a great deal on it. There are 2 features that I love about this. The keyboard and mouse are charged with an Apple charging cord, so no more dealing with batteries! The display is incredible and this iMac is so much faster than my old one.

I am super happy that I change my window pc to my apple iMac. This was the best decision I ever made in my life.

My 27 year old daughter is so happy with her MAC. She said the picture is crystal clear and has vivid colors.

I had an older iMac desktop and it lasted me 10 years. This newer one is even better. I love that it doesn't get viruses or spyware and it never causes me any problems. It's a nice large screen and a great desktop computer. Even if you've never had a Mac before they are easy to learn.

The entire family loves this machine. The large screen is great for all projects and beats using the laptop!

This computer was very easy to set up and get going right out of the box. I’m very happy with my choice.

The iMAC is a great Desktop and 21 inches is the ideal Screen size. It has been great so far. Browsing has been great. 4K YOUTUBE videos look good on the screen. It also handles heavy processor work such as XCODE for iPhone app development as well as Android development. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the constant updates it needs and minor slowness issues I have observed from time to time. Overall, this is a good buy for someone trying to get an iMAC.

I’ve had this computer for several months now and it has not slowed down a single bit. It does way more than I need and can figure out but is a really nice computer. The retina 4K screen looks awesome. I like how the mouse and key board are wireless and charge with an iPhone cable.

I got this dor school and i am more than pleased with it! I love how quick and seemless everything is.
