iMac is one of the best computers that we’ve ever had in our home. Very fast, things run smoothly, the graphics are wonderful. We love the 4K screen. It’s perfect for everyone at home.

This is a great all in one computer with great graphics and sound. It is replacing my 2011 iMac so I am still learning some of the updated features but no problems so far. There is no disk drive like my old Mac had and the keyboard and mouse are now charged by connecting to the computer which is nicer than the batteries. The slot for a photo card is in the back so not as convenient as the older model when it was on the side, but this is a slimmer machine.

Replaced a 10 year old iMac with this one. The computer is very fast and so far I'm satisfied. I'm glad I spent the extra for the fusion drive, I think it makes a difference. There was an issue with the new iMac and Best Buy let me return it for a new one without hesitation. Hopefully this one holds up for another 10 years. So at this point I have no complaints. The service I have received at Best Buy has been fantastic.

Fantastic computer. Perfect size, easy to use and very fast.This 2019 iMac replaced my 2011 iMac.I saved $175, bought it when it was on sale. Great value for the money.

I have been using Macs for several years and this has my experience even better. This big bright screen and fast processor makes everything I do happen quickly.

My review is in regards to Best Buy shipping! I love my Mac and getting the desktop version has made me the happiest work from home employee! The desktop is slim, take up little space and runs smoothly and quickly. I chose Best Buy to get my Mac from because they’re shipping was faster than Apple itself! I had it delivered within 3 days of ordering and that’s without paying for fast shipping. This was very impressive and wonderful especially during these times when you have to wait weeks for anything now. Very satisfied!

My First MAC computer, and I am blown away by the style, the speed and power of this computer. I read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of YouTube before I made the purchase. I do a lot of video and photography editing and needed something that can handle the load as my old laptop just couldn’t do the job. This Mac is just what I needed. Only bad , thing is I wish you can upgrade your ram like the 27 inch monitor version But other than that everything is cool. Then I got it on sale at Best Buy heck yeah!!

Best computer I have ever owned. This computer runs flawless and integrates so well with my other apple products. I think I am a Mac fan for life now. When this computer is completely shut-down, it starts very quickly and runs all of my programs without glitches. I've just been super impressed with this cpu. If you're in the market for a computer, I would definitely give this one a look. I use mine for work and play. It's a good all around unit.

Been over a year now and this was definitely a great buy on sale at the time, still runs like a beast and upgrading the ram was cake! If your good w/your hands mechanically inclined, its super easy. Not even the slightest of intimidation upgrading the ram on the 21' mac like others make it seem. Still runs like the day I bought it, even w/multiple photoshop programs running along w/other editing software.

I love Apple products. Reliable and quality. Would never go back to a PC ever again. Purchased for movie and photo editing purposes. Amazingly fast, handles Affinity and FCPX without any hiccups. My GoPro Fusion uploads and renders video very quick and smooth. Plenty of RAM, memory and speed. 4K is beautiful to view my 4k videos and HDR pictures. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I have NEVER spent that much on a computer, but I already have an iPhone & MacBook. I use to be a Windows only guy, but when typing up reports and sermons my windows laptop or desktop would lag SO bad! I finally said forget it I’m tired of this. So, fast forward I finally bought the 21.5” iMac and am totally THRILLED. Its fast enough for me. Connects effortlessly to our WiFi. Prints with no issues to my wireless brother printer. It was an open box so I saved $160 off. SO glad I did. I don’t have to cart around my MacBook. I will probably NEVER go back.

Recently upgraded to this Fusion drive from an entry-level iMac that I purchased a few years ago. If you do any kind of video editing, the Fusion drive is so worth the extra money. Videos render quicker, not to mention the faster operation of the OS as a whole. The extra RAM and the Fusion drive plus the processing speed make this a great investment.

The Geek Squad put everything from my old computer on my new one in less than 24 hours. They were very knowledgeable and were a great help. I first made an appointment with the Geek squad to get my computer fixed and talk about which new computer to Buy. Thank God I had already done research and had pretty much decided which computer I wanted because after waiting a week for my appointment it turned out to be a sales appointment??? I rechecked 3 times to make sure it was a geek squad appointment. I have heart failure and I care for my 85 year old dad. When we got there with my computer in tow we had to wait 30 minutes and then we were told it was a sales appointment. I begged them to at ,east let me talk to a Geek squad rep for just 5 minutes before I bought a new computer and they told me it was not possible. So I tried to get the information I needed form the sales person and he really didn't know anything about them.... Since I really need a computer as soon as possible so I could conduct my business I opted to buy a the newest 21.5 inch Mac Desktop. Im a graphic artist and need a mac. I just wasn't sure about the new fusion drive. Then after I spent 1500 dollars I was told it would be 2 weeks before I could get a Geek Squad appointment in order to transfer my data. I understand things are slow but the way I was treated by the sales staff was awful. I was so sick by the time I got home because of my heart failure it was awful. Not only am I at risk but Im sick. I had no choice because finitely I cant do without my computer and mine would not even let me log in. I found out my hard drive had crashed. thank God I have an outside drive. I really respect the all the safe practices Best Buy has put in place and I have been buying from best Buy since they opened but the two sales reps were very rude and unresponsive about how I could at least talk to someone who knew about Macs before I bought a brand new computer. Im sorry I guess Im still upset.

Upgraded from my 2012 model iMac after it started running extremely slow. The new iMac runs super smooth, fast and transferring all my files from the old to the new was surprisingly easy, had I know it was so easy I would have upgraded sooner! I know I could get better specs out of a pc but everything I have is Apple and it’s what I’m use to.

Overal this iMac is great. It is not your base line iMac nor your super iMac, but its 6 core fusion drive makes multitasking a breeze you can feel. The 4k screen is beautiful its hard to get off of it once you learn to get around. Highly recommend for any one looking for the most reliable iMac in its price range.
