Very fast & easy to use ! Large screen is great ! Looks good on my deflect & feel the $ amount was well worth it

Replaced my old iMac with this new one and am just as happy with this one as I was with my last one (and it is still in use). Hopefully, I will get as good service out of this one as I did the last.

this is my first apple computer, it was so easy to set up , it was worth every penny.

Went from an HP desktop to an IMAC and absolutely love it. Only took about 20 minutes to get used to the differences. Totally wireless - can use in any room of my house - just plug in and go. Very lightweight and not bulky at all. Love the small size keyboard - took a little getting used to, but now it's like I've always used it. Also, the mouse is different, but very easy to use. The 4K retina screen is especially great when viewing/editing pictures, and the 21.5 monitor is great. First Apple computer product I've purchased and would definitely recommend it. Don't think I'll go back to HP.

This was my first Mac computer, and I will not go back to a PC ever again. The speed was the first thing I noticed, which was at least triple that of my all-in-one Lenovo. The picture on this Mac is amazing, so clear and bright. All the apps work great and it was so easy to move my scanner, printer, and other accessories to it. Just a wonderful machine.

I was looking to complete my utilization of Apple products with a desktop as I already have an iPhone and an iPad. The screen resolution is fantastic and the screen size while at first seemed really big is just what I was looking for. Ease of use and functionality are excellent. Being able to have some of the functionality be consistent over all my products is exciting. The only con is the screen is not physically adjustable vertically.

Applecare helped me in getting started and setting up email, service was prompt, courteous and in English. So far, I love it and glad I made the switch to Apple, despite the learning curve.

My first Mac, have had many other Apple products though. Generally It’s easy to use but there are a few annoying things like adding flash to view websites and such. Also the design of the mouse charge port is pretty bad because you can’t charge it and use it at the same time. Other than that it’s what I expected.

I love Macs and this one is as great as the rest.. works fast easy to use and has great graphics

This is my initial experience with a Mac computer after about 24 years with a PC and although it is quite different in the operation, I really like the iMac system. However, I think I would have learned faster had I not had the PC experience. But am having a great time learning the El Capitan system.

My old iMac was slow and I had run out of memory. I was forced to upgrade or go with an external memory device. Transferring all my photos and music was a pain, but I had no choice. This iMac is much faster and I am very pleased with it. It took about two days to transfer everything over, but now it is worth it. The product is great, but be prepared for some long hours of transferring data from an old iMac to anew iMac.

For an adult student with minimum space yet needing a desktop system, the iMac functions perfectly. It can easily be stored and move without excess wires to worry about. Because of my current space considerations I am using mine set up on a TV tray. I have also used it set up on a coffee table as well without any difficulty. The system provides desktop power without the usual space and wiring considerations.

I purchased this computer as an open box item because I needed something with more RAM for running programs for work and this fit what I needed and the budget. Once I got it home, I realized how beautiful the screen resolution was. It's extremely fast and works wonderfully for my needs. If you are running several large programs at once (especially programs like Photoshop and Lightroom) I highly recommend looking at this Mac.

I thought about getting a Mac for awhile. A friend has one so I went and checked it out. After 5 minutes I knew I wanted one for myself. after a month now I like it more everyday.

Unit came well packaged, I picked it up from the Best Buy store. The setting up was easy and intuitive. However, as I am not a cloud fan and chose not to use "the Cloud", I've had some confusing moments with cloud references and am still not entirely out of the cloud. I was surprised to find that the iMac 21" unit shows the the system memory (8 GB) can not be upgraded. I had planned to increase the memory later to 16 GB, that option does not appear be possible. I had assumed the the memory was expandable. Other than that, i still feel that the iOS is much better than the Windows OS I had been using. My iPOD Mini 3 and Touch communicate with the MAC and I am satisfied with my selection of the Apple product.

After being a loyal PC user for 16 years, I decided to purchase a Mac after being completely fed up with terrible Windows 10. I now find myself asking why didn't I make the switch sooner? Everything is perfect from the easy to use interface, sleek keyboard and multi-touch surface mouse. There is a slight learning curve coming from a PC but still quick to learn. I am very pleased with this computer! My husband loves it too and can't wait to buy his own. ;)

I love this iMac. It's has great speed and easy to download apps. The screen size is great.
