Easy to set up. Looks great in room with no feeling I should hide. Great performance, great sound and integrates seamlessly with all my other Apple products. Can handle all work and created a full home audio distribution system from the same place with 4 Apple TV units.

This new Apple iMac with 27" monitor is great. I do a good deal of photo editing and the huge screen and retina display are unmatched. After being a PC for years, I also absolutely love the quick startup. Highly recommended!

This is as good as it gets! Just buy it! If you own an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and are trying to figure out whether or not to purchase a Windows machine or a Mac, do yourself a favor and buy this machine. Whether it is MS Office, Quicken, or TurboTax this machine can do it all. You HAVE the best SCREEN in the industry. The games can be played even in 5K mode without stutter. Everything is gorgeous and perfect and works! No viruses or malware. You will be so happy switching from Windows or upgrading your current Mac!

We love the screen resolution! Every detail is crisp and noticable. The only problem we are running into is, for a new computer, this computer froze multiple times already. We had to unplug, wait for a couple of seconds, and then plug back in in order for it to go back and running smoothly. Other than that, the computer is great!

I converted to Apple after my pc crashed. It was easy to set up, the box came with everything I needed the iMac, Magic Mouse, Wireless Keyboard, batteries included, and the power cord. Everything plain and simple.

This is what a computer should be. Everything from the packaging to the style is exemplary. I find myself just staring at the wallpaper photos because they're out of this world. Unless you're a hardcore PC gamer that spends thousands on a custom rig, I would recommend this computer to anyone who can afford it. I haven't even gotten rid of the box yet, partly because it's so nice, but partly because I don't want my janky neighbors knowing I have a nice expensive computer. Be careful if you pay with a Best Buy credit card. I did, paid the bill in full immediately just to get the rewards certificates, (two $100 certificates and one $55 certificate) to buy a $69 Apple TV but was told that if I didn't spend the whole amount of any of the certificates at the time of purchase, that I would lose whatever I didn't spend. Very disappointing. I remember when the certificates came in $5 increments.

Unbelievable computer. I am in medical school and I stare at my screen constantly... And this retina display is the perfect display for doing exactly that. I couldn't recommend it more. Love Best Buy's service.

I bought this new iMac as an upgrade from an older iMac. As I age, the larger screen and now the Retina Display are very helpful for my slowly deteriorating vision. I use both OS-X and Windows based machines but I do find the Macintosh computers more "user friendly" and less prone to viruses and other attacks.

Caught this on Best Buy 4 hour saved 350$ woot woot. This is amazing computer my first Mac product does take some getting use to coming from Windows. After updating to win 10 I was disappointed and made the switch. Glad I did.

The computer is a great tool for the work I do at home and the children are able to do their home work in half the time because it is user friendly.

Love, love, love my iMac. Great computer and very easy to use. Comes with Apple support, so they walk you through complete set up. Best Buy had a great deal on the Mac. Watch for good sales. Five star! Highly recommended.

I am very happy with my new computer; the screen is gorgeous! However, before purchasing this open-box iMac, I was assured that it would be identical to one that had never been opened. In fact, after I got it home and set up, I discovered that several software applications (Pages, Numbers, iMovie, Garage Band, etc.) were missing. It took several calls to Apple and Best Buy to resolve the issue.

Excellent computer for both business and home use! All the apple software updates are free and very user friendly to update. A lot of money up front but deff worth every penny!
