Always had an iPhone but first time with a Mac and love it. Easy to use and way better than an ordinary computer, well worth the money spent.

Replaced a 12 year old Mac and it is more user friendly. Bought the 27” screen for better viewing. Super bright, great for senior citizens.

Awesome Mac. Probably the best value in Mac computing. I love the Desktop experience and the screen is GORGEOUS. Can't recommend it enough.

I do a lot of music and video editing. I was tired of the complexity of the windows format. SO I bought this MAC on a whim. Man, is this computer so easy to use and the software that it comes with is unbelievable. It is also so easy to upgrade the RAM! it literally took 3 minutes to upgrade from 8gb to 64gb!

Best decision I could have made; love the speed, love the size, love it all! Was so easy to set up and get all of my devices connected.

We bought this new computer so that my wife could have a new photo editing platform with more power than our 6 year old MAC Laptop. It's been everything we hoped for and she is able to edit significantly faster on this new machine. An unexpected bonus is that the screen is big enough that we can multitask with several windows open at a time.

So happy with this purchase! The huge screen gives me plenty of space when doing multiple things, it has the right amount of power for doing programs that take a lot, the display has beautiful rich colors, and now my phone, iPad and computer are all linked up making it so easy to go between all three devices! SO HAPPY!

I’ve been using macs for over 10 years now and this is by far the best. Excellent customer service from Apple and Best Buy as well!

This is my first apple computer, I did buy myself an IPAD for the holidays and I was sold on that. There IS a learning curve to go from a PC to an Apple but wow once you get it, you wont look back! I love my IMac... and everything about it. I also love the support that Apple provides incomparable! If you are considering this IMac, DO IT...

Cant go wrong with Mac. Nice big screen Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Less wires to deal with. And again like the wide big screen.

I bought my new iMac after my old one died after eight years. Not much has changed between them. Somewhat faster, better screen resolution. When I got it home and set it up, Inrealixed it came with High Sierra and not the Mojave OS. I had put Mojave on my old one, which caused my various software packages to not work. Since that computer died, I had to get new software. More expense, needless subscriptions, etc. Now, Apple keeps prompting me to upgrade to Mojave. I asked the Apple guy at Best Buy why it didn’t come on my new iMac. He had no answer. What does “new” really mean? That was a large expenditure. I’m wary about “upgrading.” Apple never changes.

First time making such a large purchase and was kind of hesitant at first. However, I’m so glad that I did make this purchase because overall I am pleased with it! I love my IMac it’s so huge and I brought it for the house and everyone loves it! It’s so fast and really a step up from my laptop that I’ve had for years. Great purchase.

I'm using this i-mac to replace my 10 year old i-mac. So far I like this Mac better because it is upgradeable by you and not Apple. i have a much larger screen and even more capable software to perform task. I like the Siri feature even though I don't own an i-phone but it's a plus for this i-mac. I love the speed the amount of memory and the great ease of use. The only draw back is you have to buy an external CD/DVD burner if you still like to use this type of tech. But I'm keeping my old mac just for that reason. Why did i rate this 4 out of 5 because computers always change and has room for improvement. I would give it 4 and a half because it is upgradeable. But overall it is a great computer to own.

What can I say...... All I own is Apple products and I love them all. I bought this new iMac to replace my old one of 10 years. These things last so long it's worth the price. Love the new thin design and how much faster it is. So much I could talk about, but just buy one yourself to see what all l the hype is about.

I love this computer. The screen is perfect for movies and work. I did have to get use to using a Mac it is different than a pc.

I had an iMac several years ago and switched to a Dell. I never liked it. It was slow and eventually in less than 4 years, the hard drive went bad. I am so happy with this iMac. The set up was quick and easy. The screen resolution is fantastic. It has more than enough memory. And the speed is quick! So glad to be back to a Mac!!
