Slower than my 5 year old iMac 21.5

I purchased this computer for the ability to upgrade the RAM. I needed something faster to power 2 additional monitors, and continuous streaming. I’m very displeased:
1. It takes nearly twice as long to power up than my old 8 GB 21.5 iMac.
2. The fan runs LOUD and constantly from power up to shutdown. I never heard the fan run in my old computer once in the last 5 years.
3. It’s extremely slow opening web pages and applications.
I am a huge Apple fan and currently own multiple apple devices and have been a loyal Apple customer for the last 10 years, but this iMac is really junk. Who knows, maybe I got a lemon?
I’m definitely returning this useless computer to Best Buy!

I love apple its just a shame customer service couldn’t assist me in actually getting this item it’s “no longer made”
