This is an excellent machine. 5k display is amazing, and the speed is fantastic. All around super.

Not reviewing the product here; I'm reviewing the inability to actually receive the product I paid for and a complete lack of information as to why. I purchased this iMac on June 3rd and have been monitoring the arrival time; for the past several days the tracking on the website has reported that it would be in store for pickup on June 24th. Kept checking on the 24th and it said they were preparing the item. On the 25th, I get an email saying there's a delay and they'll just give it another week and if it's not in, cancel the order. I've lost a month of productivity and ability to work effectively. Best Buy is usually good about orders but this is really bad follow up on what is clearly an important item, and expensive. Maybe I'll re-review the item if I actually get it; but since the email came through here so quickly about reviewing it, thought I'd be honest.

I liked it, but of course if I would have wait 3 months...I would buy the new model!

Good apple product with everything I needed. Little long on the delivery process due to the pandemic.

I got it for my house and we love using it. It works well and easy to used

I ordered the components and memory I specifically wanted and received my computer within 2 weeks. The 1 TB of SSD is especially significant.

My new Mac was a bit expensive, however, I love it. There are certainly some things different and I need to learn to be efficient with it but with a few Youtube videos and some quick internet research it has been a breeze.

I use it for video editing and everything pops right up. The 21" iMac that I had before would take forever to even load email.

Purchased computer thru best buy store in brick sales gave me a date for delivery then 3 days prior notified via email stating cant deliver not in stock. Although they credited account i wasted 2 weeks waiting. To make matters worse they send me an rmail to review purchase. Why take order when they dont have, what happen to best buys?

The 27-inch iMac has a nice display, but that is all. Apple is still using the same bezel size since 2009, so the iMac is really looking dated. The i9 is a nice CPU, but the graphics are woefully inadequate for even decent gaming. Wait until the new iMac comes out in 2020! I didn't wait, and I know I'll regret this purchase.
