I was sold on the not to be rivaled graphics of the Mac, but when I got it delivered to my home I found out this computer had no CD/DVD tray. This would have meant buying all my products again, but this time online, and installing them into the Mac computer. I had already spent enough money getting 2014 "Old Technology" stuff, and there are machines currently, currently - as in right now, real time - being sold which use this "Old Technology." I bought the Mac back for a full refund. I can live without it. Like I said I have three other computers; bedroom, living room, computer room, and tote around laptop with current stuff. So thanks but no thanks. If I was buying a computer for the first time, maybe. But it didn't make any sense, Too much money was already being spent on just the one computer.

Purchased an IMAC specifically for garage band. Wanted to create my own music. Trouble is Apple did away with 1/8 inch stereo out. Instead it's stereo in/out which required an adapter to mate my musical keyboard. Never got it to work. Store no help. AppleCare no help. Took it back.

Safari will not open. I was transitioning to a Mac from windows. The constant verification of Apple ID was driving me nuts. Than safari would not work at all. Decided to stay with Windows. It was a very frurstrating experience. Also it took a long time to boot up the computer.

Got the lemon of the bunch. Apple care NOT helpful to replace it. BestBuy stood by it and replaced it with one that works perfectly. Screen is beautiful! I do not like the way the screen sits on my desk (due to neck problems) I wish I could lower it.

Not Best Buy, but the apple iMac is a piece of .... I regret I heard my wife and purchased for the first time an Apple. 8 months. its going to the garbage. $ 1800.00+ gone. Will go back to PC.

Urls dont open many times. Slows down my pace of work when I scroll down through the mouse and Apps dont open sometimes even after the update

Not happy with this item. My 8 year old hp was faster to boot up and run applications. Item was returned to the store.

It is very slow and frequently system is hanging so overall not satisfied with this product. Completely waste of Money

Was told it's like using my iPhone and iPad. Not true. No good free apps. Returned.

Does not support flash and crashes lot of the times

I purchased this iMac and the first day, it wouldn't shut down. I had to force to shut it down. I rebooted right after I shut it down to make sure everything was fine, it booted fine. The third day I bought it, when I powered the computer up the screen started to flash white lines throughout the whole screen before it finally booted. A week later the computer wouldn't shut down again. I was able to stop background services that were preventing the computer from shutting down and I was able to shut down. In another occasion, I shut down the computer and it looked like the computer shut down because the screen was black, but I could still see that the white light in the back of the screen was still on. Again, I had to force it turn OFF. The speed on the processor is not very fast as they say. Some times it takes forever to open folders that are less than 1GB in size. I currently have 5GB worth of my photos and music in this Mac but it acts if I'm reaching the limit of my 1TB storage limit. I paid over $2,000 for this iMac. Which I will be returning it this weekend, and I will go for a Lenovo or may the new Surface Pro. (I owned Levono's before and I know their quality is way better than this overprice iMac I bought). P.S. One star because of the design and the mouse.

Really bad product I used it around 5 years I was very carful bought even a electric backup so if I loss power or to ti r of properly. And of the suddenly logic board got fried and need to spend $600 to get it fix I had and hp for 10 yrs and still works so I’ll never buy any apple product
