Really enjoy my new ear buds. They are comfortable and have different sizes of the rubber tips to select from to give you a customized fit. Sound quality is great and the surrounding noise reduction is greatly appreciated since that was my main reason for purchasing. The battery life so far has been really good. They pair up easily to my iPhone and iPad. Happy with these.

One bud is actually damaged, it is running out of battery while another bud is around 80%, I just used it for two weeks and can not refund it now.

i bought these decemeber 22, 23 from best buy rhinking they will be the same as apple. Nope , at first they work fine than after weeks of using them they randomly disconnect and connect every single time a noise comes up they disconnect and i cant hear phone calls/videos/meeting because they keep doing that. I hate them so much dont bother buying these fake airpods id rather buy them at apple never again best buy they have the worse return policy and costumer service .

Kinda muffle sounding and yes they can fall out of your ears which has happened to me. They come with different head sizes for the earpieces so that’s OK I’m trying to fall in love with these but I haven’t fallen in love with them yet.

The improvement over the Gen 1 is night and day, once you feel the sound quality, you’ll never consider other headphones, the noise cancellation is equally amazing, it will completely fade out all noise, and the transparency mode is something I never thought I would need but now I can’t live without, you can listen to music while staying aware of your surroundings this feature is even better when you enable the Adaptive mode which intelligently cancels out really loud noises while keeping awareness of your surroundings.
