Ordered online, was ready after almost 20min picked it up after an hour easily, the customer service was fast and friendly although the box seemed like an opened one but the product inside was safe and had no complaints.

Good. I already have a lightning port version of the pro airpods and just upgraded them to usb-c port. Minor tweaks but not big of a difference. Always loved them.

I ordered Apple AirPods from BestBuy on June 11 as a birthday gift, with delivery promised by June 13. The money was supposed to be charged AFTER I got my package — guess what? The AirPods never showed up, but the money was immediately taken from my account.
I called customer service multiple times — no real help, just endless calls and an automated email telling me to “wait until June 26” and then I could maybe request a refund if the package didn’t magically appear.
Well, June 27 came. No AirPods. No money back. Nothing.
I had to waste my time going to a BestBuy store in person — they looked up my order, shrugged, and told me the order was cancelled. But they still had my money! The best answer they could give me? “Wait until August 26 to get your refund.”
So let’s sum this up:
No product.
Money gone for months.
Zero accountability.
Useless, careless customer service.
I ended up disputing the charge with my bank because BestBuy clearly didn’t care. Never again. If you want to lose money, time, and your mind — order online from BestBuy. If not, STAY AWAY.

I like the airpods but the apple music trial does not work. I said “returning” users as well but it does not allow me to access the trial with the airpods

If I could give it no stars I would. When I received the package I was excited to open it but when I opened the AirPod box, the earbuds looks old and used. So I proceeded for a return. A few weeks later I re received the AirPods in the mail. I called and asked why, they told me that the serial number didn’t match the box, me being confused and asked for more information about it. They said that I had to go call a different number which I did. This costumer service told me to return it and they’ll give me a refund . Not too long ago I re received the AirPods in the mail again. So I called costumer service once again, they didn’t help me out at all nor did they even try to ask. All they told me was the serial number doesn’t match the box . And then proceeded to hang up on me. I waited 40ish minutes on call just for her to hang up on me. Now not only do I have the used AirPods with me, but also loosing money because of this problem. I am very disappointed in this and wouldn’t recommend people buying it too
