I'm absolutely livid about this whole situation! The fact that the package was poorly packaged is bad enough, but finding that there were no AirPods in the box, and instead just A SILICA GEL PACKET AND A USED TAPE?! Yes, I swear I didn’t lie about what I have received. That is a blatant fraud and a disgusting display of disrespect towards me as a customer.
It's not like they simply forgot to include the item I purchased - this was a deliberate attempt to deceive me. I can't believe the audacity of this company. And then to top it all off, I've been trying for TWO WHOLE WEEKS to get this resolved through their customer service, and absolutely nothing has been done.
I'm so unbelievably disappointed and frustrated with the complete lack of assistance and accountability from BestBuy. This is completely unacceptable, and I swear I will never give them another penny of my business again after this outrageous experience. They've really shown their true colors, and I want nothing more to do with them moving forward.

In the description of the "excellent" condition AirPods I got said, "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)," but I was missing a pair of ear tips and everything just came in a plastic bag. The hinge of the case is loose and the magnet that keeps the AirPods in isn't that strong. I talked to customer service and they said I could get another pair for the price I paid for "guaranteed," but when I tried to exchange it in person, they said I would have to pay the difference. I told them the person I talked to said they could guarantee that I didn't have to pay anything extra but they continued to say "no." I then asked why the person I talked to would guarantee something that isn't guaranteed and they just said "idk."
I didn't get what I paid for and customer service lied to me. The customer service at the store didn't even try to help. I won't buy from Best Buy again. Save yourself the trouble and just buy it from Amazon.

If i was an apple fan boy, i would rate 5 stars. Since i am not, i have to rate 4 stars. These buds constantly fall out of my ear. Have tried all tips and all angles. No luck. Went back to the base model apple buds.
