    No bass. My Apple AirPods 4 without noise cancellation work much better than the AirPods Pro.

    I bought this product on Best Buy website refurbished as a Christmas present. Usually I trust Best Buy to assure the quality I have learn to expect. When the person got the gift they did not work. I tried returning them and the third party won’t accept it and refund my money. Don’t trust third party products!! Never again

    I wanted these to work so bad! Bought as a Christmas gift for my kid. The item looked to be in perfect condition. It worked ok for a day but then the left AirPod would not charge. Will be returning for a refund so that I can purchase a brand new pair instead.

    The AirPods are defective. The battery in one earbud doesn't last more than 1 hour. There is a strange sound in the other earbud when noise cancellation is on.

    The right ear bud sounds like a CB radio when you are talking to someone it’s clear on your end but that’s what the other person hears left one is great
