Works great and the small size comes in handy. Very easy to hide amongst your valuables.

Used to track my son hiking with team in Grand Canyon and it kinda worked. I was in Switzerland while watching him hike and get half way or more down to the river, then saw him at the restrooms at the top. It was 115F at bottom that day although mich cooler at the top. A dog gps colar or satellite phone would be better of course but wasn’t a bad backup as long as he was near others with phone service, it worked kinda okay. He didn’t have a phone on him during hike because he ran it with cross country team. Been helpful finding keys in gym spin bike rooms or around house. I have 4 of them, kids each have one, too. Love them. Some people try hiding them on inside of their bikes incase stolen. Not sure how well that would work.

OK… let’s sum up the things that make it a great investment:
- Easy to set up… within less than a minute using an iPhone or an iPad.
- The incredibly wide net of Apple devices makes it very certain to find.
- The battery is replaceable, so it may last long enough till a next technology will emerge.
What’s not so good about it?
- Not sticking nor attaching without accessories.
- The accessories by apple are pricey.

Easy to set up and use. Super good quality. I have one in each of my luggage and my personal item when I travel and I don't have to worry where everything is. The price is well worth it for what you are getting.

Pretty straightforward. I’ve been using Tile as my finder for lost/misplaced items. Thought I’d give apple air-tags a try. Have to say pretty impressed biggest advantage over tile is the gps and range. You can leave something a 1,000 miles away and still be able to located it’s whereabouts. AirTags biggest advantage would definitely be its range!
DOWNSIDES:
1. You need an apple iOS or Mac OS product to be able to use this it doesn’t work with android devices.
2. The size isn’t suitable for everything and you have to buy additional items to be able to attach it to whatever you want to be able to locate.
3. The sound it plays when attempting to locate it isn’t very loud compared to Tile. With Tile I can hear from a couple rooms away with the AirTag I have to be in the same room but the gps directions in maps does help out to make it something that still makes this product worth the buy over Tile for me personally.
Use: I personally have this attached to my AirPods since the find my for AirPods is the worst.
Also to being use on my pup in case she ever decides to make a break for it.
I’d recommended this for items you want to be able to locate from anywhere in the world.
For items that you normally would misplace in your car or around the house I’d go with Tile they have so many different size options, ranges, designs, colors and you don’t need any extra attachments they are ready to go straight out of the package and work with all devices.
Hope this helps (:

I bought this for an international trip to track my luggage and backpack. It is nice to see where things are. Give you a peace of the mind even though I never experience lost luggage before. There is a caveat that the tags need to Apple devices in proximity to ping its locations. Somehow certain locations, there ain’t enough Apple devices around to do that in the basement of the airport or somewhere like that.

Put off buying these for a while. Finally caved after helping a friend track down some stolen items - lucky for him he had tossed an AirTag in his backpack. We were able to follow the trail of where the items went, and we found some that the thieves had discarded along the way, including some expensive headphones.
Added one into each of my bags on a recent flight. Was neat seeing the luggage track across the airport to my plane. I've also tossed one into each of the cars. Handy for finding where you parked, and could stand in for a GPS tracker if someone were to make off with one.
I've also move from Tile over to AirTags for tracking easily misplaced items, like key chains. They integrate seamlessly with Find My. Just beware, once you start tagging things its hard to stop.

Easy to setup and use, good for what it’s used for, compact to put it anywhere

The Air Tags came at a perfect time for a vacation to California. I have used tags before and they have always been accurate about locations. I felt I needed to purchase a couple more and the sale was an opportunity to do just that. They haven't let me down. At all times I know exactly where my items are and the feeling of security is awesome. I would recommend these not only for travel but for everyday use also. You can keep track of your keys, purse, walking ,etc. at all times. So easy to check them on your phone. I would definitely recommend them.

I love these things. They keep track of my dogs, my stuff and I love them. They are super easy to set up and the app helps me find things easily. So far I have not had to change any of their batteries either. (Its been 10 months) They are very thin which is great. I got small holders that attach to my dogs collars just in case they stray. Super small, super easy, super good.

The best purchase ever! It works really well. I lost it one time and it was right where I dropped it when I found it. Everyone with an Apple product should get one, or two, or three, or four!

Airtags are an excellent way to keep track of your valuables that don't have built in trackers. It has an amazing battery that hasn't died, its small and sleek, and can sound off using find my iPhone if you need help finding it.

The AirTag was very simple to connect with my iPhone, and there is no monthly charge. so I put one on my car and I started using it to track my car's location. And I found it very helpful, since my car was stolen about 1 month ago it was not easy for me to decide what kind of GPS tracker I should use for my car. So when I went to Best buy to buy TV and when I asked to the workers there, they told me about Airtag. And when they told me that it doesn't have monthly payment and I don't need to charge it every day, and the battery stays for more than a year without being replaced, I was very happy and excited. And when i started using it, I found it very helpful. Thanks to Apple and Best buy I finally found the right GPS tracker. I am also thinking about 3 or 4 more Airtags because since the size of the Airtag is very small, I decided to use one for my keys and other things.

So, I recently moved into a 3,000 sq ft home from a 600 sq ft apartment (and a 450 sq ft studio before that). Needless to say, my cat is having a field day with the space. I, personally, don't know where she is 75% of the time and as crazy as it sounds, it's nice to be able to easily track her with the AirTag. I live in a close-knit (in proximity) community, so I figured that if she were to go outside, I would be able to locate her pretty easily.

Great tracker - usage is immense - versatile.
I went to India and used on daughter (8y) to keep track, Used to on my bagpack while travelling and now back to US, using it as a keychain. Its very precise, data is very realtime and I have personally observed its effectiveness and peace of mind it provides.
I have one now and will not hesitate to get another one as needed. Small enough so its does not catches people attention, speaker is loud enough to listen even its crowed and its effectiveness is true value for money
