Great device and got nice deal on this. There are some scratches and damages, but doesn't alter the functionally.
There is also no warranty left.

I purchased the Apple - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished 12.9-Inch iPad Pro with Wi-Fi + Cellular - 1TB (Unlocked) - Space Gray from Best Buy just three weeks ago — not even a full month — and from the very beginning, the speaker has been defective. The sound is distorted and cuts in and out, making it impossible to watch videos or attend Zoom calls properly.
I tried everything: checking all settings, updating the OS, restarting, even resetting the iPad — nothing worked.
When I contacted Best Buy support, they told me the return period was already over, even though I’m clearly still within the 30-day return window. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering I paid over $1000 for this device.
Now I'm stuck with a malfunctioning iPad and was simply told to contact Apple myself. This kind of service is completely unacceptable for such a high-value product. I trusted Best Buy’s Geek Squad Certified Refurbished label to mean “quality” — clearly, I was wrong.
Definitely rethinking any future purchases from Best Buy.
