    I am absolutely loving my Apple Refurbished MacBook Pro 16"! It’s an amazing machine with the M3 Pro chip, 36GB of memory, and an 18-core GPU—perfect for everything from heavy multitasking to running resource-intensive programs. The screen is gorgeous, and the performance is smooth and fast, handling anything I throw at it without a hitch. What makes this even better is the price. I got it for over $700 off the regular price, which is a fantastic deal for this level of power and quality.     Would Not Recommend Buying Refurbished

    I ordered this refurbished MacBook online, with the assistance of a live rep via chat. I bought this through Best Buy specifically because they offer a product care plan on refurbished computers. When I picked up the product at the store, I realized I had been given the wrong amount of RAM. When calling customer service, there was a lot of confusion because the refurbished MacBooks have a different SKU/product number, and I was advised to take it back to the store. The reps at the store confirmed I had been given the wrong amount of RAM and, additionally, the wrong processor. Since the product was refurbished, they couldn’t exchange for a different MacBook and the only thing they could give me was a refund. It was an extremely frustrating experience, as I had just wasted a week waiting on a product they couldn’t give me. The only option they provided was buying a brand new version of this MacBook, not providing any sort of compensation or solution for the mistake they made. I ended up paying for the new computer in full, not satisfied with the whole experience.

    I am very disappointed, I found a deal with BestBuy's refurbished Apple products and when I purchased the MacBook Pro 16" M3 Pro with 36GB RAM and 512GB Storage, I received a 14" M3 Pro/Max computer a few days later in the mail. When I took it immediately to my local store, they indicated I could either return it there for full refund or any other option had to be through their website/app online. I request a re-shipment of the correct product and a week and a half later I still have no indication the refurbished model I ordered was even located across all BestBuy stores in the country. I ultimately decided to cancel the order and take my chances on locating a model in stock at a nearby (100 mile radius) store. This way I could go pick it up in person. I reached out to online chat and received confirmation from chat there was a different model at my local store. I placed the order only to find out it had to be shipped to my local store for pick up a week later. I'm very frustrated with BestBuy Online Chat support as this is the second time with a refurbished product where what I was told compared to what actually has happened is different. Both times requires me to either have patience and wait it out or cancel the order and spend full price to have a in-stock new model from the shelf. I have hard great success with BestBuy Open Box and Refurbished items outside of Apple Branding and this experience breaks my confidence and now makes me flinch. *** Warning, make sure to contact your local store to verify the refurbished product is in store and in stock before ordering online. ***

    Completely disappointing experience, dirty busines

    The worst experience of my life with BB. Ordered the item and received the wrong color that was wrapped in the box that said Silver but received Black. I didn't receive any apologies and nobody at the store nor on the phone were helpful in resolving the issue. I went ahead and returned the item and ordered it again in hopes that this was one time mistake. The second time around, I received not only wrong color again but also the wrong size. I went to the store again and store gave me hard time with returning it in person since "they don't stock refurbished items". Called 1800 bestbuy again and after being on call with multiple representatives for over an hour, all I got was - reorder again and hope for the better answer. I explained that I myself had two back to back issues with one order but looking at reviews I explained that this is clearly a systemic problem where bestbuy is selling an item they don't have and pushing stuff that nobody wants to buy hoping that people will keep it. Dirty way of making business. I encourage everyone to submit complaints.

    Don't Buy Refurbished from BestBuy

    This is more of a review for buying a refurbished product through BestBuy rather thana review on the laptop. The laptop seems to be functioning great in the VERY limited time I've owned it. I was lured by saving the dollars, and what a regretful decision that was. BestBuy will stand by everything for 14 days, and then you no longer exist to them. Computer has issues outside 14 days?...it's your problem. For example, my charging cord quit functioning just outside of the 2 week window. Called BestBuy and was told to go into the store for replacement. Store wouldn't do anything. It's simply not worth the dollars saved buying through BestBuy unless you get extremely lucky and the product works flawlessly.

    Ordered the refurbished 16” MacBook Pro with 36gb of ram, received one with 18gb (would’ve ordered brand new but no option to ship, only drive 70+ miles to pick up). The only difference was the quick return since, upon asking if the manager would be able to do something, the associate immediately responded there’s nothing that can be done. If I’m being honest it seems like an unethical sales tactic, advertising something they don’t have in the hopes a buyet isnt tech savvy enough to check the specs of what they ship. Never really a big fan of Best Buy, and this experience just made my outlook on them even worse.

    Hello, I purchased the product. It arrived with ridiculous packaging. The charger was supposed to be 140W, but they sent me an 86W one. I went to the store to exchange it, but they didn’t believe me. They told me I had to return the entire product. I have already spent about two days installing programs on the computer and setting it up for my needs. Now how am I supposed to return it and get a new one? The charger doesn’t work, so I bought a new one myself. I don’t think I’ll be buying a computer from here again.

    This isn’t a 16in Mac. They shipped a 14in, and then tried to replace the wrong item by sending another one but it doesn’t exist. Don’t order this expecting a 16in, this listing needs to be taken down.
