Very good quality surprisingly good bass for the size. Would definitely recommend getting 2 for stereo pair.
Great sound, but not Bluetooth. Connects via WiFi.

Great sound and bass! I was surprised at the sound of this speaker. Works effortlessly with iPhone and Apple TV. I will note it is not Bluetooth, but connects via WiFi.

Always have loved apple products. This has such a clean crisp speaker with great bass. If I didn’t have a sound bar I’d consider getting a second to create a system for my tv.

The Apple HomePod 2 is an exceptional smart speaker that offers superior sound quality, Siri voice activation, and an elegant design. Its 360-degree orientation delivers immersive sound that fills any room, while its computational audio technology ensures optimal audio performance. Siri responds promptly to voice commands, and the HomePod 2 can be used to control smart home devices and play music from various streaming services. Its seamless integration with Apple devices allows for easy setup and use. Overall, the HomePod 2 is a fantastic choice for any music lover or smart home enthusiast who values high-quality audio and a sleek, user-friendly design.

I totally regret my purchase. im a big apple fan, and for this HomePod to be so sluggish is so disappointing. the bass and sound is AMAZING! but when it comes to connections, and Siri, its so POOR!! it makes having commands useless and Siri useless. there ever hardly access or connection. I feel like wasted money, and now the sound started stat icing and I only had this for a month and a half and im disappointed completely.

I got this new one to replace an original that was many years old and had developed an intermittent popping noise. This new one runs a lot smoother and quicker with commands and responses. Siri seems to understand me better, which may be the device hardware being better or the backend/software improvements. The music sounds fantastic and gets plenty loud for my basement. I don’t have any complaints, it’s a solid product and i really enjoy it!

I love Apple products. I think the quality is top of the line. When my Echo showed signs of dying, I investigated the HomePod for an AI Assistant replacement. The HomePod has the best sound when playing Apple Music. It's amazing what comes out of this thing and I was impressed; however, I'm used to Alexa/Echo answering my questions. Sometimes I ask cooking and recipe questions, or measurement conversions, etc. I hold a conversation with Alexa. Not with Siri. I asked it for a cooking temperature for steak I was grilling and it told me to ask it again on my iPhone and it would send me to a website to show me. I then began asking it typical questions I would ask Alexa. It kept directing me to my iPhone to ask it there so it could send me to a website with the information. Close to 300.00 to act as a mediator to direct me to my phone. If you're looking for a speaker, it has superb sound, but as an extension to your AI uses, it's completely useless. I purchased Amazon's Echo Studio and it's definitely the replacement I wanted with some great sound.

I bought two of these for my living area. I have one near the TV and the other in opposite corner of the room. I don’t have an outlet on other side of TV. I was skeptical at first, but sounds great in an open space. Also nice to hear the TV in the kitchen while I’m busy in there.

I got this to use as a thread border router to start building out a Thread/Matter smart home and for that purpose it has worked without a hitch. Of course the sound is also very good for the size, and it's really well integrated with the whole iPhone/iPad/Mac ecosystem that we have. I'm most surprised and impressed with the amount of bass that comes out of this thing! It may not be audiophile quality sound, but it's loud and enjoyable and works for me as a music-lover and a picky tech person. If you can stomach the price, I highly recommend it!

Wow Wow Wow. Exactly what I needed for my apartment living room. Surprised by how balanced the sound is for both music and movies when connected to my Apple TV. I will probably be getting a second one to pair with it.

Particularly the bass frequencies are superlative. Top rate excellent sound quality with seamless airplay. Packs a lot of punch in a small and attractive device.

Great combo as an Apple TV speaker. Loud enough to keep if an apple fan. Like having option to play music around the house with mini HomePods and the regular size.
Sounds beautiful, deserves inputs for legacy devic

Wow does thing have bass. It feels solid in hand too.
If you're in the Apple ecosystem, it's easy to control and route audio from Apple devices.
But this thing has a permanent power cord and no audio inputs. That's a shame, because it sounds so beautiful, it would be nice to attach other devices.

I purchased a pair of these new HomePods to go with an AppleTV 4K - replacing my cumbersome soundbar/subwoofer/satellite speaker setup. To be frank, these are absolutely awesome - you would never think this amount and quality of sound would come out of this "Pod" - I hear things now I never even knew were present with my old setup. They are a little pricey but well worth the money, no other speaker comes close quality wise or aesthetically at this price point. Do yourself a favor, get paid - you will be impressed!!

Gets the job done. I bought the HomePod as a gift for a music lover and the first thing he noticed was how loud it was when it was first plugged in. Next thing you know he’s blasting music around the apartment and the bass is booming.

Apple HomePod gen 2 could be for you! By itself it honors the sound spectrum that the first HomePod introduced, although me, as a gen 1 owner can notice the difference that the absence of two mics cause, I love loud music, unhealthy levels of volume. Siri will struggle to hear the command once the volume goes above 76% to me this is a deal breaker. But apple HomePod gen 2 could be for you if you’re a human being that cares for your hearing health and only reproduce your content at reasonable levels of volume, making this, the best sounding home speaker that also supports Siri. Not the smartest assistant but she does best what the HomePod is suppose to do,
