I had an iPad 3 and the latest iOS versions were starting to run pretty slowly on it. So I upgraded to the iPad Air 2, and I'm glad I did. If you have an iPad Air, then I'm not sure there would be enough reason to upgrade to the iPad Air 2, but if you have something earlier than an iPad Air, then this is probably a good upgrade for you.

I have both ipad air and ipad air 2, and I must say that the air 2 is better than the air.

This product is sleek, easy to use, smooth operating system, reliable and lightweight/portable.

This iPad Air replaced and older iPad with 32GB memory. As apps take up more space, the only alternative is to purchase a newer model with more memory. 128GB should be fine ... for the next few years at least. Good display and good photo taking ability for now.

I upgraded from an iPad mini. The iPad Air2 has been great. Games load faster and crash less.

My son is required to use it for school/homework and it is working out wonderfully for him.

This is replacing an older iPad. My wife and I each got new ones. These are incredibly thin and light, we both opted for smaller cases for these in keeping with their dimensions. Even with the reduced price they are still expensive but for us they are the best offering out there.

Because both models have excellent features making a purchasing decision was difficult. My normal tendency is to purchase the latest technology although I rarely use all the features. With this purchase however serious consideration was given to the differences between the Air2 and Pro. Although convenient, based on my needs I determined that the enhanced camera, stylus pen, sound system and processor were not essential. My final decision was based on the following: 128 GB option, split screen capability and the the split screen feature on Air 2 and the comparability of Logictech's Smart Keyboard. Since making the purchase, I am very rarely without my iPad. It is quite convenient and basically eliminates my need for my laptop. I am thankful that I opted to not purchase the much more pricier Pro. Please note that I watch a great deal of live video streaming. The picture quality is great.
