This is a great product from Apple. The iPad Air 2 offers excellent screen clarity and vibrant color feedback. The speed of the iPad is incredible! Overall its light weight and its ease of use makes it a great buy!

It is faster, the pictures seem to jump off the screen, it is much lighter and more comfortable to hold while reading a book. I can use aps that did not work with my old IPad. Well worth the cost to upgrade.

Didn't think I would like Apple products, I decided to purchase it because my daughter really like hers. After I started using it, it performs get. It is fast & pictures are very clear. The only problem I see myself not liking is how you get on the internet. I love that it is thin & lite weight. It is also easy to flow from one area to another. For a first time user of the Apple I'm very impressed.

What more can I say. This iPad is great perfect size , weight and is very slim . I feel as if the touch screen response should be a lot more sensitive . And the iPad should initially offer way more GB than 8,16,32,64. I would appreciate font and text options for easier viewing ... but can't complain too much because the camera on this bad boy is INSANE! 4 stars!

I purchased 2 of these items. One for my 12 year old son and one for my 14 year old daughter. They were being upgraded from IPAd 2s. This is an excellent tablet. It has a more vivid screen, lighter, and much thinner than the IPAd 2. So far, battery life is excellent as well. The kids love it. My only regret is not purchasing the 32 gb or 64 gb version. The Apps take up a lot of space. Overall, excellent tablet.

I had taken my iPad and my laptop to Europe. I was not very fluent with my iPad yet but quickly learned how easy it was to operate. I was able to conduct all my business, social media, face time,calendar, alarm clock etc. Any questions can be answered with just one click. It takes wonderful pictures and videos. The keyboard is very convenient. Easy to recharge in Europe. I did not need my laptop at all. Next time I only travel with the iPad and save on weight and space. Bought another one for my sister who travels a lot. Great way to communicate and stay in touch!

My reason to recommend the Air 2 over all other iPads is that it strikes the perfect balance between a reading/playing/viewing tablet and something a bit more productive. It can be carried pretty easily in one hand and feels like reading a softcover book. Magazines and feature articles look good on its screen. Movies -- even letter boxed ones -- look sharp. But it's big enough to do some work on. Apps run side-by-side in split screen (Split View) mode work well, and with a keyboard attached it's a solid portable writing machine.

I've had the iPad Air 2 for two months now. As a college student, I use it for web browsing, streaming videos, reading/notes, and light games. Performance for me has been great with no stutters. Friends like to point out how lightweight it is, and the screen feels like the perfect size for any activity. Syncing with my iPhone/iCloud has been easy, and AirDrop has been useful for quickly sharing anything with other Apple devices. I have not yet installed iOS10. This iPad is expensive, however, and others with my level of usage would probably be just as satisfied with a different tablet (I decided to splurge). Also, there is no expandable storage. This made me hesitant at first, but I decided 16GB should be enough for my usage.

This iPad is great! It is so easy to use and so light to hold. The screen is amazing and best of all is the wonderful battery life!

The ipad air 2 is light and easy to navigate. The thinner profile doesn't sacrifice any quality, it still feels solid in your hands. I've had no problems syncing to my icloud, itunes, or any other accounts. I use it to reference digital textbooks for graduate level engineering courses and opening large PDFs, spreadsheets, or word documents haven't slowed the ipad air 2 yet. I considered a few other tablets, but the improved processor and slimmer design was enough to keep me with apple.

iPad feels pretty close to perfection. And the iPad Air 2 hasn't done all that much to change the equation. It's even thinner than last year's version. It has a faster processor. It has improved cameras. It has a Touch ID sensor. It has an anti-reflective display.

Well it's an Apple, It's an iPad 2, works flawlessly as expected. This was a big upgrade from the one we had.

We own 4 generations of the Apple iPad devices. They are the iPad 2, the iPad3, the iPad Air and the iPad Air 2. We each use the tablets about 8 hours per day for photography editing, video taking and editing and working on the internet. I am extremely familiar with the products and we own a total of 16 tablets using Apple, HP and Android technologies. In my attached video I have tried to do a comparison between several of the product generations and the overall performance. Physically the iPad Air 2 is about the same, appearance wise, to the iPad Air. If you look closely you will see some differences. * The iPad Air 2 is 18% thinner and a little lighter in weight. * The Retina display is better as it is thinner and the colors and clarity is much better to my eyes. The parallax side views are clearer and the colors are deeper and more realistic. It still has 264 pixels per inch and it is an excellent video device. * The iPad Air 2 has the newer finger print sensor on the home button. * The rear facing camera is in a different location on the back of the tablet and so your iPad Air cases will not work as they will interfere with your taking photos. * The microphone ports on the tablet have moved and I show the new locations in my video. * The portal holes for the stereo speakers are just one row now and larger and the speakers are louder sounding. Not a major difference but it is noticeable. * The slide switch on the side of the tablet for the mute/screen lock rotate is gone now. You have to make those adjustments in the operating system of the tablet now or use the sound volume switches. The major differences in the tablet are the ones regarding performance. The CPU and GPU in the iPad Air are just very powerful.

Feel good going into the Air2. They always have the next one coming so... You just have to know there will be an Air 3 as soon as you get the Air 2 out of the box. But the tablet is fast light and I prefer it over my wife's iPad Pro by far. The Pro is amazing but it's not nearly as portable and low profile. Tablet for me was a way leave the laptop in the car, room, office (not too far away) and manage less gear away from the desk. Air 2 does that very well. Great for minor edits and presenting content, emails, web activity etc. Not so great for creating the slides, documents, or whatever content...do that on a pc. Only con is on the 16GB version. You fill it up Day 1 just with apps. Even with all my content in iCloud I have to juggle which apps I have installed for the day and am constantly battling the storage issue. It really isn't fair to even sell the 16gb model because it barely has the capacity to sustain itself.... Let alone anything you add to it. They should have baselined the Air 2 at 32GB. Pay the extra hundred bucks and get the 64Gb... Trust me.

i love my new ipad air 2! it is fast, no lag and the screen is beautiful. i was picking between ipad air 2 and the samsung galaxy tab S 10.5 but after testing both products at the store and even asking several different employees between both as well. better performance and quality than samsung. i played with both at the store the samsung screen was laggy.

I love my iPad air. Great camera. Very fast and easy to use. Super light. My phone weighs more!!!

This is easily my favorite piece of technology. My previous tablet was a first generation iPad Mini and I loved it. The larger surface area took a little getting used to but it is soooo nice. I really enjoy the fingerprint sensing technology as well. No more typing passwords to log in or make purchases. The camera improvements are both welcome and noticeable. This tablet performs well for both professional as well as personal use.

This is a great product. It's very thin and light. I can take it to classes with unnoticeable weight change of my backpack. It's very powerful and can run matlab/texwriter/wolfram alpha etc which are essential to my studies. I bought Belkin Qode Ultimate keyboard with it And it's very efficient not only in typing but also those shortcuts can be summoned with long press of command button. Nice and neat for everyday use.

This is the best table you can find in the market, beautiful design, excellent performance, and a very enjoyable experience with the camera, coming from the ipad 2 generation, its a big jump, its super fast, the screen it's gorgeous, and very light, which makes it very portable.
