This is really much thinner than than iPad with retina display. Feels really light and really fast. The touch id works great. The screen looks amazing. Also the battery life is really long.

I previously had the I-pad 2. When I purchased the I-pad Air 2, it is much faster, lighter, and slimmer. I also purchased a case for it. I wish there were more options to choose from with a case, but nonetheless I am very satisfied. It was easy to get started and met all my expectations.

The new Ipad has so much more battery life and calculating speed it is amazing. I was used to the first generation Ipad and thought I was happy. Unfortunately a lot of the newer apps wouldn't wok which forced me to look for a new pad.. This is so light and the images are unbelievable!

I was debating purchasing the iPad Air 2 or the iPad mini 3 for my Dad to use for games, reading, etc. I opted for the Air 2 due to the size, and Best buy was running a great sale! It is very light and super easy to set up and use, even for an older, non- tech savvy person!

The iPad Air 2 is the best tablet around. It's very light weight and great display cannot be beat. I also have a Nexus tablet that runs on Android operating system is ridiculously quirky. Contrast that with the ease of use with IOS and the choice is very clear. iPad Air 2!

Great iPad, can't be thinner, feels light and great in hand, picked a smart cover for it, impressive performance, it can handle any iOS games easily and will be the only iPad supports multitask in iOS9 right now. Still the tablet industry standard. One big problem is the sound, which vibrates the entire iPad like crazy, if this problem can be addressed and solved next year, the iPad air 3 will be a big success.

The iPad functions flawlessly and does everything I ask it to. What else can I say? Classic timeless design, excellent screen, solid feel while still lightweight. The only people this wouldn't satisfy are niche users or people who should be using a computer anyways.

My old iPad was a Generation 1. Needless to say, this was a giant leap for me. I am so happy with my new purchase. It is very light and the screen is beautiful. It was easy to set up and I have had no issues with it. I would recommend this purchase to anyone.

The iPad Air 2 is exactly what I was looking for , user friendly ,lightweight, thin,good battery life ,easy to transport and plenty of options including the optional Apple SD card reader for my pictures. I have owned it for two months and absolutely love it !

Apple's iPad air 2 is simply the best all around tablet available. The apps that are available far exceed other brands and this is the lightest tablet you will ever see with a 10 inch screen. Everything works smoothly and I have no complaints at all!

I received this as a birthday gift to replace my original 1st generation iPad which was limited to ios5. This one is much faster and lighter. I am now using it on a regular basis to web surf and do e-mail which I used to do on my macbook air. I also use it for reading books on overdrive. If I was making the selection myself, I would have opted for the 64GB model. Since I don't use a lot of apps and I have a large amount of icloud storage, the 16 GB is working fine.

The new iPad Air has an improved A8X processor, better rear and front-facing cameras (not that it matters given I never take pictures using ipads, has a thinner and lighter design, an anti-reflective screen, a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, and more built-in storage at higher configurations than last year. What i didnt like was that the Air 2 isn't a big change from last year's iPad in terms of overall function; battery life remains the same, although its battery life is already pretty good. Audio playback via speakers makes the thin metal body resonate more than before

My iPad is a 2nd generation and is still working great. I bought this for my husband and it is a great tablet. We are able to share apps across devices which is great. I can now FaceTime my kids when I am away for work. The size is slightly smaller, but the screen is still large enough. It is thinner and lighter which is nice. He mostly uses it for web browsing, YouTube, and some games. The camera and screen resolution is also great.

My wife got hooked on her original iPad and I though she could use a new one. Boy was she happy! So many improvements... thinner, lighter , faster and sharper. If you want to give the complete gift this is it!

I love the look, feel and weight of this Apple Tablet. I have had several of the previous generations and this one is better than the rest. This was a gift to a 1st time table user and they could not be happier.

If you don't have a tablet yet, this is the one to get. The device is extremely light and thin and it looks really nice. Battery life is unaffected by the increased power. Overall, great device, excellent for apps!

I loved my iPad 4 and thought I would see what all the fuss was about with the iPad Air. If you already have the first Air, I wouldn't spend the extra $ on it for the minor upgrades unless you need the latest and greatest. The main differences between the 1 and 2 are: width (but we're talking mm here not even cm) slightly faster cpu fingerprint recognition gold color option anti-glare coating (would the the strongest selling point to me) I can tell a big difference between my old iPad and this one. The Air seems incredibly light and thinner while still retaining the same screen size. So jump up the the 1st air from an older iPad if you need a lighter, thinner, quicker iPad. Get the 2nd air if you need a gold colored, anti-reflective screen as well.

iPad Air 2 is a great product. I love the ease of use. The lightness of the unit is perfect. The rotating case I purchased was a great addition. I've been using iPads since the first one came out. You know, the one without a camera. Lol! I really like the camera of this unit. It takes better pictures than the iPad 2 which I donated to a daycare. The kids love it. Im planning on getting the air for my mom.

I love this new iPad. Fast as lightning. Great display and long battery life. I'd recommend it to anyone. I use it for remote access to customer sites using JumpDesktop App and it's been a life saver.

It is light, fast and has very good screen. My only complain is the lack of SD storage.
