Very well used and loved! Cost was high but I still love the iPad more than the kindle fire I have. It cost way too much for insurance and they know they got you with that.

I must be the oldest "new" Grandma. (Since April 2016) Had 16 gb's but received too many baby photos & videos so NEEDED more storage space. Next step is the 128. But I'm extremely happy with my 64 for now. I'm 65+ yrs. old and Apple products are the easiest for me to use. For years, I have compared Apple products to an automatic shift car where as all other devices are like a stick shift to me.

Has worked really well for what I have tried so far. Having trouble finding a case I like. I know more will be available soon, then it probably be easier to find one I like.

it is everything I wanted in a tablet. it holds more than my ipad mini

This is the most completely refined tablet we have owned. The apps integrate well with the with features of the tablet.

Surprised that some software I use for business aren't capable with Safari, but easy enough to download necessary browsers like Puffin in order to facilitate use.

The dimensions on this iPad might have only changed a little but the new processor inside is a huge difference. Games and moves at high-res with no problems, and multiple applications running in the background. I'm thrilled with the easy, intuitive operation and controls. There's a reason no one else has beaten the iPad (and other iOS devices), they're simple to use and versatile--I keep discovering new uses.

I replaced an iPad Air with this iPad Air 2 because I needed more memory. The one thing that is missing, however, is the the ringer button. :-( But, I still love it!
