The iPad mini retina is still a powerful and versatile device. I use it daily for email, web browsing, games, and composition (in combination with an apple keyboard). It works great as a companion device to my desktop and smartphone. My only quibbles are that the A7 doesn't hold up quite as well in ios8 on the iPad screen, causing occasional stutters that aren't there on the new Air 2 or iPhone 6 plus and that the screen itself is just noticeably inferior to the competition and especially the Air 2 these days. It's a very functional device but the screen holds it back from being as much of a joy to use as the 6 or the Air 2z

I love the size of this iPad mini. The screen is great and it's very portable.

I travel weekly and this is my first tablet...The size is perfect for my carry-on...as an iPhone user, it was an easy transition. I bought the cellular version but find there's wi-fi available just about everywhere nowadays.

Ipad is a great tablrt overall. I think mini is a more suitable size. And having the 4g lte makesnit even better. Got in great deal. Happy with it.

The build and usability is awesome and is really good for someone with no technical know how. The OS runs so smooth and without glitches. The speaker could have been improved a bit.

Puts my kindle to shame in overall function. However, I am shocked at how poor the speaker is-even my iPhone is louder.

I needed a device that could store all my son's games and movies all in one place. This Ipad Mini did the trick.

The Mimi's are great- the size of them is perfect for on the go and even classes or whatever you need it for.

I have always had Android devices (tablets and phones), but decided to go for an Apple product. The iPad is a great tablet. A little too pricey in my opinion and the other two things I don't really like about Apple compared to Android products is the battery can't be replaced by the user and no removable/expandable storage. Other than these two flaws, its a great little tablet.

Great device with an unbelievably clear display. Love the easily portable size. The case does not protect the screen or offer any shock absorbency, however. I've already cracked the front.

This is a nice replacement to the iPad 2 but it's much faster with a sharper display

I already had an IPad 2 but it was a bit bulky in a small airplane. This mini works great with a windshield mount and does everything the full size one does. Battery life could be a little better. My IPad 2 has a better battery life.

Really happy with this purchase for my son. Has all the features we were looking for and Best Buy offered a great price for it.
