The mini 2 IPad works very well for me - - the size fits and the visuals are great.

I love my Ipad Mini!! I use it for work to track my mileage, keep all my appointments, and for directions. Great size. I would be lose without it.

Smaller size is nice for portability without sacrificing the view compared to full size. Very handy for traveling for family especially for kids.

So IPad mini 3 is out but after doing my research. Ps I'm no techie, just like things to work so I don't want to grab a hammer! Anyway iPad mini 2 has same operating system basically as iPad mini 3. The new iPad Air is worth the investment since it runs on upgraded system from earlier version. But if you can grab iPad mini 2 before they clear them out, it's a great deal

I've had the bigger size ipad before. I thought the mini was going to be too small for me. I actually like it better than the original size. Better for transporting around when traveling. I can easily out this in my pocket.

This is a perfect tool for work and play. I mostly use it for downloading my photographs in the field and posting at the same time. Screen shows perfect vivid colors. A Best Buy for sure

Did without an iPad for a few months thinking I could carry the Mac Air with me but got the mini and discovered differently.

I tried an Apple product this time in order to use certain software. It turned out that the OS would not handle the software and I had to upgrade and that was a 3 hour deal, and resulted in problems, according to other reviews. I decided not to go through all that and I just returned the iPad. Apple iPads are very popular and do the job, generally. It just was not for me. I am sure it will work for those who really like and want Apple products. I tend to be an Android person. I have been an iPad user since the iPad 1. The new iPad mini Retna is much easier to carry around, and has great performance. It's the best iPad yet!
