I received this iPad as a gift and although I know my way around a PC, I wasn't sure about this. Well, everyday I learn more of the shortcuts and appreciate the ease of getting useful apps. The photos are spectacular. I should have gone over to Apple years ago. If that is what is holding you back, take a chance. You will not regret it.

My wife and I are older and not that computer literate. This was easy to get started with a little help from the apple store.

the one place where Apple fails with it iPads is the lack of a USB port. They do make an adapter but even so - you can only take data off of the iPad - you can't transfer data TO the iPad or download email attachments onto the iPad. Makes it VERY limited for business use.

Overall size makes it very portable and screen size is excellent for me. As usual there are no surprises with apple products

What not to like about an iPad. It's my first experience with an Apple product and it is great. I love everything about it.

It's our 2nd ipad so we already knew how to use it. Set up was immediate and the use has been perfect since we got it.

I had already made the decision for the iPad but the sales agents made it even easier. They offered the extended warranties, but did not badger me when I said "no, thank you." The agent eloped set up the cellular connection before I left the store so I did not have to do so later. All in all, a grat purchase experience... And the iPad is all I wanted it to be...

easy to use and install the cellular sim. Works with any SIM card. even internationally. great tablet.

Battery life could be better everything else is great . Picture is really clear and features are great .

I love reading on the iPad, apps for work as an educator and 16GB was a perfect size for what I need.
