I love this phone. It's easy to use and has so many capabilities.

I'm enjoying my i phone. It will take someone my age a little time to get used to it. before, i had a "flip phone"..this is so much more convenient and it has so many uses..the voice quality is clear and the "geek squad" was great when i went back to purchase insurance and ask questions

Call quality good. Have had no issues.. Got an otter box to protect from damage. Screen is fragile.

cannot imagine using another product, texting is simple

I had a iPhone 4S my wifi was not working so I decided to use my upgrade for a brand new iPhone 4S. I love apple products. I also will continue to buy apple products in the future. My store of choice is Best buy for sure. Not sure what else I can say but I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Like everything about the phone except for the battery life

Bought two 4S. One each for teenager and preteen. Keeps family in touch and calendars all in sync. Other than no 4g, no complaints. Could not beat the price ($0.00 for both)and easy pick up at Bestbuy. Have not heard any complaints from the kids. They are happy to have a smartphone!

I enjoy using the phone. As my first smart phone, it is much easier to use than I thought it would be.

This is a replacement phone, I really like the iphone, Androids always require me to shut them off to reset before the work, they get stuck and do not respond. I do not have this issue with the iphone

Overall the phone is great I am actually doing this whole review using it right now. It is a great first time buyer smartphone an whee I am wasn't looking for the newest iPhone this works perfectly and is affordable. The only real trouble I have is with the apple keyboard which is just very inaccurate when it comes to grammar correction.

I am apples up and like the reliability of my apple products size is easy to carry around and all features' are exactly what I need

Great phone for someone who has never had a smart phone before. Easy to make calls, take pictures, send texts, and use the apps.

My wife had lost her phone on vacation and needed a replacement. She was eligible for an "upgrade" and decided to stay with the same model. What can I say, she likes what she likes.
