This phone is close enough to the iPhone 4 to make it a very easy switch, but having Siri added is a real plus. The absolute best is that Best Buy migrated all my data from my old phone and I really did walk out working. Couldn't be happier!

Since the phone was free for upgrading my phone plan, I really can't complain. I would pick this phone again. It has everything that I need (camera, mp3 player, GPS) and is easy to use.

My IPHONE4 has worked out very well for my needs. EXCEPT, my only complaint is that the battery runs down quickly and even when not in use, so it has to be charged several times each day.

The phone was free at Best Buy and I got Verizon customer service to remove half the activation fee. It was such an improvement over my supposedly advanced phone that I'm feeling like I have joined this century. Bus schedules, finding places, emailing, checking on the markets, etc. saves me time since I can do iut while on public transportation. I am just thrilled and got the armour body case and a clear cover so the phone should stay safe for years. Great buy.

After hanging in with a feature phone for years, a Best Buy special deal finally pushed me into getting an iphone - albeit a 4s - and enter the smartphone world. After watching people walking through life hunched over their phones, I really was putting it off as long as I could. Now that I have it, I I do like it and so far haven't really seen anything wrong with it. Like most Apple products, it's been easy to use. No complaints so far!

This was my first smart phone and it amazed me as to its many uses. There were some issues with inputting phone numbers into contacts but I think they have been resolved with the many upgrades that have become available. I wonder how I managed before without it! The size is fine, although it could be slimmer, but I wouldn't want to compromise the screen size. The camera is great and easy to use unless you are in direct sunlight outside. Battery life is ok but I'm still learning how to adjust settings to prolong life. Love the Do Not Disturb feature, you can still get calls from people you add to your favorites. Overall, I am very pleased with this amazing phone/mini-computer.
