Overall the phone performs exactly as expected. Only down side is it certainly scratches easily. Matter of fact, the sales person at the store put my case on it when he put the sim card in and the first time I took the case off to clean and dust everything off there was 2 scratches in the back. I had never even seen the back since purchase?? Keep this in mind if you are one of those freaky people, like me, that likes to keep things looking like new.

I don't change phones often. This upgrade was painless. The salesclerk was awesome, knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly. The phone is amazing! I upgraded to gain more memory. I ran out on my last one. With 256gb I should have plenty of room for any videos, pics, etc!

I will only use an iPhone. From a 6S plus, at first the iPhone 7 felt small but I appreciate the size now. I ran half-marathons with the 6S Plus in a running belt. So now it's lighter, smaller. Love the red!

This phone is an improved size from my older iPhone 5. Love the phone but miss the earphone jack.

Faster and more powerful than the older models. The additional storage space should come in handy.

Iphone 7 is pretty solid. It's best feature hands down is the waterproof, FINALLY. The speed is incredible. The Touch ID is faster than you might want. The haptic feedback home button is genius. The rose gold is stunning. I upgraded from an i6 and I am glad I did.

My wife was due for a phone upgrade. I took advantage of a great deal Bestbuy was having around x-mas and purchased the 256 rose gold I-phone seven for her as a gift. She simply loves it!!!! It does everything you want a phone to do and then some. Great phone!

An upgrade from the 6s. Not much of a difference but I do love the added memory that came with my upgrade. At 256 gigs the skies the limit. For the first time ever I don't foresee upgrading to the 8 when it becomes available. I'm very happy with my device.

No major changes compare to the last year model. The phone is great, fast, and easy to use.

So far my new iPhone 7 has been a big improvement on the 6. More importantly, I didn't have to buy a new case. I still which it had a headphone jack, but it pairs well with my bluetooth headphones so it's usually only an issue when they're charging.

The iPhone 7 is very responsive and the new features work very well with the upgraded internal components. Camera is amazing and I love the waterproof design. Set up was easy and all my settings in preferences went over to my new phone through the iCloud

I always used only samsung ( android) s1 ,s2 s3 s4 s5 s6 edge and s7 edge ( i still have that phone) today i bought the new iphone 7 and all i can say is unbeliveble fast and aimple to use ! I a great phone and i will never come back to Android devices

I have been an iPhone fan since the first generation when it was only available with AT&T service. However, my 16GB iPhone 6 kept shutting me out of my email due to lack of storage. The 256 GB iPhone 7 is wonderful! No more storage full messages!

I love this phone. What's not to like? The biggest complaint of others is the lack of phone jack. I haven't missed it at all. If I had to contractually obligate myself to monthly payments for a phone all over again, I would still choose this one.

Love my new iPhone 7, it is light and easy to see outside in the sun light. I picked the 256BG and no longer have storage problems. Another important reason I waited for the iPhone 7 is the stabilizer for the camera, an important feature for me.

I recently upgraded my iphone from 5 to 7 and is a big difference. size is great and have more memory. My old phone only had 32GB and would fill up fast with video and pics and would slow the phone down. Had a discount of $150 which also helped.

The iPhone 7 is very responsive and the new memory sizes take away any concerns with having all the music you want on the iPhone. It is faster and the Bluetooth seems to work better with my wireless headphones and hearing aids concurrently.

I bought 2 phones... one for me and one for my girlfriend. I was on an iPhone 4 and it was so slow and outdated that I hated using it. Now... I use my phone so much that I barely use my iPad. This phone is so fast and FUN again.... Love it!!!
