In all honesty the only reason I upgraded was bc of the new camera features. The lady that sold it to me didn't tell me that it was only the iPhone plus that had that. Too late opened the box and can't return without restocking fee. Lame. Also she didn't tell me how difficult it would be to set it up through iCloud. I pursued more storage and everything. Oh well. Lesson learned

When the new 7 hit the market, I was hesitant on buying a new phone without a headphone jack. The battery life is amazing and the look and feel is just perfect! If you are in the market for a new phone, this is your phone. #Apple4life!

I originally ordered this phone online but it arrived in an open box which made me unhappy. The store exchanged it for me. Excellent service. I love my iPhone. It has a great battery life. Way better than my previous android.

This was my third iPhone. My previous model, 6s, locked up and would not turn on. The Geek Squad did everything they could but to no avail so I ended up purchasing the 7 and I love it. Can't wait for the next one to come out.

It is still an IPhone. It feels and operate like other IPhones I had over the years. The screen is nice and clear. The headphone jack through the lighting port is good and bad. If I play music in my car plugged into the USB port then its no big deal since it will charge at the same time. The adaptor works but I think it will brake since the 1 inch wire seems a little weak.

So glad I finally stepped up and got the biggest storage.

I got this phone for my wife. It was an upgrade from the iPhone 6. It is really nice to have the extra space since she takes tons of photos. The lack of headphone jack is very irritating but everything else is almost perfect.

I took 256gb memory for storing photos and videos. It is good and fast.

The phone is awesome... only complaint is the initial brightness quality is low. This is fixed by resetting the phone in Settings- Reset- Reset all Settings. Phone will reset and the max brightness is brilliant. Apple really needs to incorporate a DARK theme. HATE the bright white background of the text/email clients. Super fast tho. Awesome hardware profile.

Can't go bad with an iPhone 7, specially when bought at Best Buy where you get points too that translate to rewards. Getting the phone to work was very quick and the phone has been great since. Great quality camera too.

I love the size of this phone.when I had to get a new phone I was afraid it would be gigantic and I wouldn't be able to put it in my pocket but that is definitely not the case. It fits in any size pocket basically

Great phone. Yes the jet black scratches easy but should be expected. No different than other phones I have had in the past. Camera is great! Display is equally as good. And of course it's Apple so it just works.
