This is my first smartphone and wow I love it. It is very easy to use and because it works like our iPad it was easy to figure out. Great product !! How did I live without it!!!

Had to get a new phone to replace one with water damage. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Phone is great - camera is improved and the pictures turn out fantastic!

Not a huge upgrade from my iPhone 5s. Little bigger screen, same performance. Better camera, but not significantly better. Too expensive, my Sprint Bill just went up again! Frustrating!

Phone is alright but if you have the 6s, it is the same thing. Obviously, if you have wired head phones, its probably best to stay away from this. It does come with an adaptor for head jack but not something you really want to have plugged in to your charger port the whole time. Its ok, no more

I bought this phone for my wife and she loves it. It’s user interface is simple and easy for her to figure out after having switched from using an android phone for years.

We purchased this for my 14-year-old and he loves it! He likes the size of the phone (easily fits in his pocket) and it is just the right amount of gigs for what he needs.

I'm a iPhone lover. Have had the last 4 versions. This phone is great and durable and all that stuff. It's just time for something new from Apple. These phones are becoming stagnant and yet the price keeps going up. This phone is great I mean that, we all just want something new on the next one

The iphone 6 kept going crazy lots of issues as apple phases it out. This was a great step up no problems works fine with no issues. Very stable and easy to use.

This iPhone is great, nice battery life and plenty of space since there is no longer a 16gb option. If you're looking to upgrade to another iPhone, no reason not to get this one!

I am so happy to buy this product for my kids and they told me its the best product of this year.

Granddaughter was on iPhone 5c. Feels great to both of us that we are now on same platform. The guys at Best Buy are awesome - they corrected iCloud and email accounts that I messed up years ago. Going forward I will not be making purchases from Att, but will buy from Best Buy!

Got this after my iPhone SE finally crapped out. Glad that the last few versions of iPhone are all a similar size, so I had plenty of accessories to choose from.

I needed to replace my damaged iPhone 4S... just wanted the basics without all the newest bells and whistles. So far this one seems to be good for my purposes so I am happy. I’m still trying out the features I need as the opportunities arise, and so far all has gone well.

Coming up from an iPhone 4 this was easy to adjust too. Pleased with the camera quality. Thought the larger size wouldn't work for me as well but turns out I like it.

I needed a phone with a lot of photo and video space. I have that with this phone. It is easy to use for me and I am not too familiar with new technology.

I love my new I Phone 7, I previously owned an I Phone and I think they just keep getting better.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The iPhone itself was new but had some glitch problems.

Now mind you I upgraded from a 4S but love the new additions & ease of use! Hey Siri is great but answers to Hey Sue which is my coworker & begins searching a work question LOL

I've always bought iPhone, even though it's not the latest and greatest, it is fitting my needs.
