Switched from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 7. I like it so far. It has all the same features as the five but it is slimmer and has more storage.

Easy to use. Love many things about it--especially syncing iMessages from my iPad. One thing I'd like is to be able to change backgrounds for text and iMessages. Kind of boring, and since I could do that on my old Android phone,I expected to be able to on iPhone.

After reading the differences between this and the iPhone 8, I just couldn't justify paying $150 more to get the iPhone 8. Got it on sale for way less than my carrier was selling it for. The BestBuy rep was awesome! She had two phones up and running within a half hour. Sure it doesn't have a glass back or wireless charging and is half the storage of the base iPhone 8, but I don't live on my phone all day. It's a phone not my whole life. It was a really nice upgrade from a 5S. I just can't see the need for the calculator sized Plus models.

I bought the phone for my in laws. They love it. Especially for taking pictures the quality is awesome. Best Buy also had a great deal on the phone.

Just got this device and am really enjoying it. The battery charges really fast; downloads are fast and it scans barcodes like lightning.

Generally this phone is good, depends what you want/need I think. I upgraded from Iphone 4 so pretty big jump. Best Buy sales associate very good transferring my data from old phone. It took awhile but she knew what she was doing and the store wasn't busy the day I was there. When I got home the phone would not go to sleep. I tried without the case, it still reactivated whenever I put the phone over to my bag or even when I moved with the phone. It would power down but it was the sleep mode that didn't work. I googled for info and seems others have had the same problem. I tried going back to Best Buy in case the phone was faulty but they didn't know what the problem was and couldn't fix it. I eventually contacted Apple support chatline and they first did a diagnostics to confirm my phone was ok and had no problems. Then they tried a few things in settings like changing Autolock to 3 secs/reboot etc and nothing worked UNTIL we deactivated Rise To Work....instant fix and I have had no further problems on the sleep mode, hurrah as my battery was draining before. I do get a few annoying messages to download stuff and telling me I am driving (when I am not) I think its my choice what and when I do it anyway so not happy with Apples interference. Early days yet but so far I've lost a few hours getting these things ironed out and no-one online I can see has fixed the sleep mode yet or reported how to solve the problem anyway.

My first iPhone I have always had a Sam song, says my first iPhone and I love it. It's easy to use especially the Siri feature. Glad I switched to iPhone.

Just got this phone to replace an Iphone 4. Nice improvement. Screen is much better and the camera is greatly improved. Very happy with this phone.

The phone is great. It is easy to set up. The staff spent 5 minutes and it is done and ready to use. The screen looks sharp and easy to read.
