I went from an iPhone 5s to the newly released 7 (skipped the 6). Really pleased with the features relative to the 5 series.

I knew this going into my purchase but figured I would take advantage of the Black Friday special offering a free $100 gift card. Plus, my payments were a little bit less with this phone instead of the 6. Best Buy certainly gets five stars for their service, product availability, and being able to have the accessories I needed on-site, but if you've got a 6 and you're thinking about upgrading to the 7, just wait until a model with an amazing feature comes out. 6 and 7 are way too similar.

the home button changes are annoying and I've had trouble with both network drops and the screen locking up when I put it face down on a table. Working with Apple to resolve the issues, but replacing the phone didn't help.

This phone replaced an iPhone 5s. Love the bigger screen and it’s not as huge as a 7 plus. Happy with purchase.

I love my iPhone 7. It's a little old by the time I writing this review so I'm definitely experiencing some problems with it but its to be expected at this point since it is old for a phone. Not quite a dinosaur but maybe old enough to be considered a mammoth. I bought this new a couple years ago and it has been a good phone up until about 6 months ago when it started acting up.

Great feel, lots of features. Takes some getting used to, but once you figure out the changes from 6 or 6S, it's worth it!
