I upgraded from a 5s so it took me awhile to get used to the bigger phone because I have small hands. The only problem I am having is with Best Buy customer service in the store because the trade in amount the trade in amont I got from Verizon is less than the amount Best Buy told me I would get. I've been struggling with the staff at Best Buy now for almost two months to get this resolved. Getting very annoyed with them.

I love the phone im blown away with how fast and responsive the phone is, now that could just be my own personal experience, since im jumping 3 generations, the phone is beautiful and is everything you could want, now im not sure how much of a jump this is from the 6 so you may want to do some more research
