    This is my 2nd iPhone. Gave my wife 5s & purchased the 7 because I had such great experience with use of the iPhone 5s. So far I am more than satisfied with the advanced features and increased memory of 32 GB that come standard with the iPhone 7. Also, the AppleCare 24/7 support on their products is the best support service on the market, bar none!!!

    I have always purchased my Iphones from Best Buy (3, 6,7) The process is very simple. They look for the best deals for me and make the switch and uploaded all my apps & stuff without a problem. I love the 7(with AT&T). I can download, stream and facebook without any issues. Everything seems to work faster and quicker. I would recommend the upgrade.

    My iPhone 5 had a key that was sticking and I needed to upgrade it. I was attracted by the $300 exchange offer. The phone was working well enough when I sent it out for redemption but they claimed the phone did not work and only gave me $8 instead of the $300 offer. I would have kept my old phone if I had known ahead of time that it was worth so little in exchange. While the new phone works well enough, it does take a little getting used to and requires a 6 digit passcode instead of the 4 I had become accustomed too. I do like the new rose color.
