    Bought this phone for my 15 yo son. Haven't had a normal conversation with him since. All communications are based on the use of emoji's and selfies. Never realized that in all the years that I have been taking pictures, I hold the camera incorrectly. Awesome phone, I was considered a "really cool Dad" for approx. 17 hrs.

    I love that this phone is actually waterproof. It dropped 5 feet to the bottom of a bay and it was completely fine.

    I wrote a short review of my own experience. My wife has had better phone connectivity experience than me, but her photos sometimes don't make it to iphoto on her computer and end up with broken files. similar to me, she is pleased to have a better battery, but we are both cautiously optimistic based on recent reports about apple software designed to tank you battery. We both have used apple for years though and continue to, so that says something about how we feel about their products.
