The phone is great but even after a month I can't get used to the home button. Wish they wouldn't have changed it. When I hit home I feel like something is loose in the phone. Liked the old home button much better.

Well I finally did it. I upgraded to a smartphone! I chose the iPhone 7 because I am used to working on an iPad so I figured it would be the easiest to do. I was correct. The camera takes amazing pictures. The only drawback for me, is it is too big to fit in my pocket.

Purchased for my teenage daughter for her birthday instead of the all glass iPhone 8.

iPhone 7 My husband was accustomed to using the iPhone because he had the iPhone 4 but he skipped for generations until he upgraded his new phone and he is so is static he is happy as can be he wish he were to upgrade sooner than later and don't regret this is a great product

This is undoubtedly a great phone. It's an apple latest product, and has awesome features and design. I usually don't like big phones, and prefer the regular size, which makes this phone a great buy. I also liked the latest waterproof technology and new no headphone jack design.

Got this phone for my nephew on his 10th Birthday! The look on his face when he opened his gift was absolutely, infinitely, priceless! I love IPhones, having been using them and have owned every single model of iPhone since the last 10 years and truthfully, I have loved every single one of them! This one is no exception either! Me and my nephew are totally satisfied with this one too! Can't wait for the iPhone 8 till next month! About the features of this phone , what can I say - The camera The Touch ID The Apple ID The ease of use Everything - Simply Perfect! Of course, let's not forget "THE BEST BUY" ! My favorite store on the planet , when it comes to electronics! Have been a patron for more than 20 years and shall remain so for the rest of my life! Really, the shopping at Best Buy is a real pleasure! I would definitely recommend this product and would suggest to buy it at a Best Buy near you!

Needed to upgrade from old phone looked at several phones and decided on this model because of the features and price. Works and operates great, thin and light. Great purchase.

The iPhone 7 has proven to be much faster sleeker and also so nice that it's waterproof. I purchased the model in gold. I have had zero problems thus far. There is an adapter that comes so you can use standard your buds and do not have to use wireless. I would purchase again.

The phone is easy to use and it fit into my old carrying case. I do wish Apple wouldn't put on so many programs that are not relevant to my life style or use. It took three days for me to shut off the items I did not want on my phone, which were draining my battery.

Upgraded from an iPhone 5 when I discovered my new DJI drone was not compatible with the old phone. Was very unhappy with the bait and switch act, but now that I have the iPhone 7, I am actually happy I was forced to switch. Much better battery and performance.

We upgraded to this model from 6plus and are so glad that we did it. The iphone 7 is more powerful than the previous version and most importantly in the smaller size which is so much more convenient than 6plus. The phone has been great and plan to use it for a while.

I always upgrade thru Best Buy rather than Sprint because they are cheaper and nicer.

Did not take long at all to get through the purchase process. The phone is terrific!
