We have Verizon so we ended up with TWO phones about a month ago! So far so good! My teenagers love their up to date iphones. Snapped on an Otterbox on my 14 yr olds phone and all is well!! Thank you Best Buy! Customer Service was amazing as well! So easy to buy phones at BB.

I about had it! I was stuck on a so called flip phone for years. I decided to look around and I was very pleased to find something that I really liked Best Buy fixed me right up. I got a excellent phone for a great price and a very fair payment. Thank you very much!!

My wife finally convinced me to get an iPhone - boy am I glad she did! I love it! It's easy to use, great quality, looks good and sounds great. The apps most important to me are language translators and these work wonderful. I just wish I had made the switch years earlier!

Great phone for some for someone who really doesn't care too much about electronics.

My husband and I both upgraded from the iPhone 5's to the iPhone 7 and we LOVE them! Screen is brighter and love the new feature of it being water proof to a certain extent. The guys at Best Buy were exceptionally patient and professional with how long of a process it took.

Overall good phone. The camera is much improved from previous models. I do miss the earbud jack.

Pretty easy to learn and use for a first time smart phone user. Good size to still put in pocket. Fun features. Nice camera but reviews show it needs updated. Zoom would be nice on pics & video. Keypad option to switch to android type keyboard would be nice. Love all the fun emojis. I hope it has a long, smooth operating lifespan but CR rated it high. BB staff vet helpful & patient. Pricey unless you can get a special offer.

I love the latest updates and improvements of the iPhone 7. I just wished they kept the 3.5mm headphone jack. I use mine to conduct business transactions and sometimes leave the adaptor at home. Other than that, it's hands down the best iPhone that has come out in awhile.

I purchased this phone for my 11 year old daughters birthday. This was all she wanted. She is very happy with it and is on it whenever possible. I love the fact that it it waterproof just in case of spills. I have no issues with this phone and would definitely recommend it.

This phone is fabulous, but be prepared to own a good pair of wireless headphones!

Awesome phone with great apps. The service is great. It also has awesome graphics.

Although the iPhone 7 is larger than my previous iPhone 5, it is still comfortable without feeling bulky. The larger screen is beautiful, easier to read (for these eyes!) and to operate. It is Apple, so it is ergonomic, and fairly easy to master, although since it is Apple it includes the apps and organizes them the way that they want. Still, the quality of the phone & its features have been generally quite good.

iPhone 7 lived up to every expectation i had. It’s a great phone. Works fantastic.

I am happy with the purchase. My daughters and I are dedicated iphone users. This phone was purchased for my 16-year-old nephew, who has always used Samsung phones. He is very happy with his first iphone, and did not have any problems with the transition to ios.
